Located a short walk from Victoria Square, Central Markets and Adelaide’s shopping precinct this is a great stopover place when visiting Adelaide.
The apartment comprised a comfy bed and bedroom and spacious living area and kitchenette and was very quiet.

I have stayed at this property for the Tour Down Under twice now - it is a great location and handy to all festival activities. The units are well maintained with good facilities. I particularly like having a washing machine for the duration of the tour as it makes travelling, cycling and management of all much easier.

We stayed as a family of 5 for a weekend. The location was great for exploring the city as it was close to attractions and transport. The appartment was very clean and had access to many useful things, such as kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Parking was available but cost extra.
It was a little disappointing that we had booked for 5, but the apparmet was still set up for less people. We didn't have enough crockery or cutlery for all people and not enough chairs to use the table.
Overall an excellent place to stay with extremely friendly reception staff.

I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time in Adelaide and the attractions that are close by. We welcome many family bookings to our property who take advantage of the large spacious apartments that we offer and I do apologise that there were not quiet enough chairs or crockery. I am sure our wonderful staff would have happily offered to bring extras if requested but we will look at our procedures to try and ensure this is arranged ahead of arrival for all future family bookings. I found the staff friendly and helplful, especially Aman, who works at the weekend and helped me with my considerable amount of luggage. She found a trolley for me and generally settled me in. She was also very helpful, as were other staff, in describing how to get to olaces.
I was here for two weeks, so had time to get a solid impression of the place. The cleaning staff were very thorough and I was impressed by the frequency room cleaning took place.

This is an older style Aparthotel but is very comfortable and central for visiting Adelaide. Rooms are clean and tidy, but are a bit tired. Staff go out of their way to help and will accommodate any special requests if they possibly can.

Location is great - very close to Central Bud Station for your pickup and also a short walk to Chinatown, the Markets, tram line that takes you to Glenelg. Price is very reasonable - has a large fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The property is a little tired in that the curtains in our room were torn but it was all we needed for our stay. The staff were lovely.

The apartments are dated but nice. There are good cooking and kitchen facilities and everything you need. I stayed for two weeks for work and in that time house keeping just missed my room a few times. I’m not sure why but I complained to reception the first time it happened and they were very apologetic and said they would make sure it was done the next day and would not happened again. A few days later it happened again. Two days in a row. Also noteworthy is it they say they swap out bed sheets and towels every three days. I was on the same bed sheets for the two weeks I was there. I had to complain the second time they missed my room to get my week and a half old towels replaced. If not for the house keeping missing my room I would have given 4 stars.

The reception staff were young and super friendly and chatty which I loved. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom was small but I loved it - it was silent, away from the road, very dark but also away from the main corridor my room was off so I slept really well.
The kitchen was spacious with lots of worktop space, dining table wasn't in the middle of the room, sofa and armchair for watching tv, 2 windows so there was natural light.
It was a bit tricky to find on arrival as it's tucked down a quiet road and I often struggled to get back to it but knew to aim for the newspaper office and then head round the corner.
I was very happy here and it made me realise the other place I'd stayed in Adelaide wasn't quite as good as it should have been, this was better looked after. I don't think this had 24 hour reception though which would be a downside for me but other than that I could've stayed for ages.

We received a very quick and friendly check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you need.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
There are parking spaces available but you need to book and there is a height limit.
The location is ideal as you are within walking distance of the amazing Adelaide Central markets, Gouger street with a great choice of restaurants.
You are also within walking distance of Rundle Street Mall and other major attractions.

It has been a wonderful experience staying at the Franklin Apartments. Very close proximity to the Rundle Mall, it has very good access to trams, buses etc. If you are coming in for the 1st time to Adelaide, this is the perfect place to stay. It is in CBD area which is the most prominent area of Adelaide. You can travel to any location from here as it is in the central area. Coles etc is extremely close too where you can buy your daily essentials.
The staff at Franklin is very sweet, friendly , accommodating and understanding. Special mention and thanks to Aman. She has been extremely cooperative, informative and always ready to help the guests. An amazing person who is there when you need it the most. She definitely is an asset to their management.
The apartments are clean, spacious and house keeping is up to the mark always.

As there will be 6 people staying, our 3 Bedroom Apartment best suits your needs and will be more cost effective for you. These Apartments are spacious and modern with 2 queen beds, 1 single and a sofa bed. Main bedroom feature a private ensuite and 2nd bathroom is also available for extra guests. The closest beach to Adelaide CBD is Glenelg, you can get there on the tram/ light rail which runs from the CBD and there is a stop pretty close to the hotel. Trip takes about 35 minutes to Glenelg. Hope this is of some help.
