We stayed in Mansions on Pulteney for two nights but some of our party stayed for a week. It is in a very central position, walking distance to lots of places. Short walk to the Rundle Mall, Adelaide University and Library. Close to shopping, restaurants and night life.

Located in the perfect position for walking to most attractions and points of interest in the city the mansions is a beautiful old heritage building. Parking is an issue and you do have to pay to park in the parking garage across the road on the corner of Rundle St which is an added expensive to the accommodation and little...

Room spacious but very dated and cheaply furnished. TV extremely small, a very budget feel in the room. Noisy water pipes from neighbours. Parking across the road available at extra costs. Had been cleaned but little attention to detail. Good walking location. Bed was ok, we won't stay here again.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. Situated at the top of the Mall, the location is excellent. Lots of eating places within walking distance and a Coles and Woolies also located in the Mall if you want to buy your own groceries. The apartment is dated but well catered. Great sized apartment with a...

Brilliant location, literally around the corner from Rundle Mall and across the road from Rundle St so you won't have a problem finding great eating and shopping. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Extremely spacious. Very large tv in the lounge and another smaller tv in the bedroom. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The building...

Great location, quiet room, comfy bed, easy to catch transport, around the corner from Rundle Mall. Thanking Leanne from reception for going out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during my 5 night stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

This is a good 'no frills' type of place. The staff are very helpful, the apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent. Really close to good restaurants and pubs. It was a good find, and a nice change from a standard hotel room. Very good value.

Location was fantastic as it is literally next door to shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, taxi rank and bus stop. It was otherwise disappointing. The rooms look nothing like they do on the website. It is rundown and needs renovating. The service was appalling. The mattress was uncomfortable, rooms were noisy and curtains did not block out light properly. Windows were...

This place is all about location, the building and decor is very outdated and needs maintenance but for the price and location it's easy to overlook this No restaurant or room service Okay wifi The room we were in was a great size, very happy with that aspect
