Well appointed cabins with spectacular views. The hosts were very accommodating in our same day request to stay due to inclement weather, and we were made very welcome with a lovely note left for us as well as some furry friend chocolates, which were a lovely treat! Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, would love to return.

We spent four nights here and it was just gorgeous. The location is beautiful and the sunsets to die for. Paul and Katja make it feel like home and the surprises you get when you arrive are a welcome bonus. I'm not sure how many other places leave out wine, chocolates, local honey and fresh farm eggs. It was a...

We've just returned from an incredible 6 night stay at Waves and Wildlife cottages. Absolutely loved every moment. Incredible views, wildlife at your doorstep (literally) and the most stunning beach with rock pool, ideal for safe water play for young kids just a hop, skip & jump away. Wonderful host & hostess with some lovely personal touches on arrival. Try...

We spent 3 nights at Waves & Wildlife and enjoyed lots of both. The location is beautiful - we could see and hear beautiful Stokes Bay from our cabin and we saw several kangaroos, lots of birds and even an echidna just outside our cabin! The cabin was well equipped with a comfortable bedroom, a good-sized bathroom and a large...

Cabin was very clean, well equipped & the wine, local KI honey, chocolates & toiletries (shampoo, cond, soap, body wash) was a very very lovely touch. Owners are wonderful & very accommodating. Wildlife & scenery is absolutely stunning. away from the hustle & bustle. Technology detox with no mobile phone or internet reception in our cabin, but the walk to...

We just arrived home from a week in SA including 3 nights at Waves & Wildlife. Kangaroo Island is an amazing place and this spot is just perfect. The cottages have everything you need (besides food of course) and we got a beautiful bottle of red and some chocolates on arrival as a bonus. It's not 5 star accommodation, but...

We were very impressed with these clean cabins with sea views and kangaroos everywhere. The farm eggs, wine, chocolates on our bed, and lovely welcoming letter added just a very special touch. Even though the weather was rough (wet and windy) we still enjoyed staying indoors as it felt very homely.

Stokes Bay is located in the North and the 7 cottages and office are nestled near a sheltered bay. The 3 bedroom cottage is more than we expected in terms of space and functionality. Hosts Paul and Katja had organised for the place to be warm and welcoming - a welcome note left on the table letting us know what...

The location was to die for, gorgeous sunsets over the water, rolling lush hills, kangaroos at our feet, just amazing. The hosts were kind and very accommodating. We can't wait to...
