Bed and pillows were comfy. Only $10 for use of car park. Staff were friendly. Great big screen tv in room. Good sized room. I would come back and stay here again. Just need ventilation fan in bathrooms.

This hotel is in a great place to stay, the hotel service is excellent and the hotel staff are polite and very friendly. Within walking distance to the dock. Rooms are clean and warm, and if you have a balcony great with the door open.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Hobart, and this hotel made our stay SO comfortable. Newly re-furbished, the beds were AMAZING, the breakfast very good, and the staff excellent. After a disappointing meal on the waterfront, we opted for the hotel on the 2nd night, and it was wonderful. We used the same restaurant on the 3rd evening, and again,...

The Best Western which was formerly the Mercure is a great place to have Sunday breakfast if the budget is tight. For just $15 you can have a great meal buffet style. The staff are friendly and the restaurant has just gone through a rejuvenation process to bring it in to the 21st century, and it is very appealing

I'm very glad to see the upgrade to include a split system in the room for heating and cooling! While the...

Central location, close to the CBD, friendly staff and solid amenities. The room has the biggest TV I've ever seen in a "well priced" room! All the usual goodies that a business traveler wants - ironing board & iron, room service, WiFi, desk, mini bar etc.. Bed comfortable, lots of pillows. Don't know if I'd chose it for a holiday,...
