Great place easy to get around, nice hotel. Stay here when I am in Melbourne as its close to city and casino. Clean rooms, quiet air-conditioning units and well stocked minibar and coffee station. Hallways quiet no roady luggage going up and down. Lifts quick, room service was good and fast

Hotel's Favourite
Excellent from start to finish. From the second we arrived to the second we left every department was on point. Couldn't fault any part of our stay. The price was so reasonable and the service was first class. We have high standards when it comes to hotels and this sure didn't disappoint. We will definately be back.

No power points next to beds but one usb port that didn’t work! The lighting is appalling the bathroom and no toilet brush! No bed lamps and one chair in a twin room so if you order room service expect to eat on your bed! Staff couldn’t care less either! Not a nice friendly at all. a

Hotel used to be amazing. Now it just feels old and in need of attention. For a 5* rated hotel, and for the price everything should be amazing. The only benefit these days is the location. You don’t even get complimentary water. The bathroom was not clean. There’s not even an armchair in the room to sit in.

Our expectations of our 3 day stay was excellent. Staff are warm and friendly. The Crown has it all, movies, dining, entertainment if you don't want to leave the area you don't need to. Good location and you feel safe!

Perfect location and friendly staff. Across the road from the Casino, tram is right there, South Wharf is a short walk away, great bars, restaurants, just perfect for a stay of a few days and nights. Will be going again.
