My organization booked a block of about 15 rooms for a study tour to Melbourne. Each of our guests really enjoyed the stay at Zagame's House and commented on how friendly each of the members of the staff were throughout our stay. The events manager, Caitlin, was wonderful, and remained so flexible and accomodating as our needs changed literally every day for the month leading up to the trip. The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast, coffee/expresso bar, as well as a very cute wine bar. The rooms were updated and cozy and each of the guest bathrooms were spacious and brand new. We all really enjoyed the personal touches throughout the week. Again, could not recommend this property more and have not stayed at a hotel with this wonderful of a staff team in ages! It makes such a difference when travelling abroad.

Zagame's house was the perfect home base for exploring Melbourne. The room itself is fairly basic, but very modern. We didn't spend much time there, as we were exploring the city. It was walkable to the CBD, Fitzroy, and Carlton restaurants. There's a great little cafe in the lobby where you can fuel up for the day. We recommend.

We hosted our strategy offsite at Zagame's House in their conference space (in the Harry Room) and were blow away by the exceptional customer service and facilities provided. The space was perfectly suited to our needs, well appointed, and the service we received in the room was seamless. Lunch was delicious and I am still thinking about that Barramundi! Caitlin, the Sales and Events Manager, was a dream to work with. She was so kind and considerate of our needs. Thank you, Zagame's House, for the wonderful experience. We will certainly keep you in mind for future events

Fabulous place to stay and I will definitely be back! Loved the atmosphere, the location, breakfast and wine bar. Service was excellent and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in - I didn't want to leave! Some very nice touches in the room, making it feel like home. As a female travelling alone, I also felt very safe. Great value for money and I highly recommend Zagame's. Thank you!

We stayed for a week and we’re delighted. The decor is great. The lounge/breakfast area is funky, and the food excellent. Next door is a restaurant/wine bar also owned by the hotel called the Lord Lygon, that was excellent too. They even have communal washing & drying machines which was very useful at the end of a 5 week trip. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

Recently used Zagames House for an event in November 2022. This venue is an absolute delight to use and the service was incredible from start to finish. All delegates were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed being at Zagames for the two days. Catering surpassed expectations also. A great location, highly recommend and would use again absolutely a 10 out of 10! Caitlin is simply the best at Zagames. Thankyou!

From start to finish we had an excellent experience. Staff in all areas were lovely to deal with, the breakfast each morning was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. Wine bar next door was a lovely place to chill with a bottle of wine and a cheese plate. Hotel was spotless.
