Great apartment with cooking facilities, excellent shower and very clean and comfortable beds! Excellent lounge/ kitchen area and plenty of room for a roll away! Staff were very accommodating, parking extra but ideal and secure location. Also able to open the window which is fantastic! AND biscuits provided! Awesome! Thankyou, very happy!

We stayed here for a weekend which happened to coincide with Chinese New Year celebrations, so possibly this is why we had a noisy weekend. The apartment itself was well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen well appointed. There was a flat screen tv in both the living area and bedroom and a dvd...

The apartments are an annex to the main apartment block around the corner. This meant coming in a security door and heading to the elevator with no reception or security - not the most comfortable situation if you're coming back in the early hours of the morning. My apartment was clean, modern fittings, and was set out nicely with a...

We stayed for a week for the tennis and chose this apt block as it was close to the trams, Crown etc. Apartments were very nice and clean but the building itself was very rundown and old. We needed to open a securuty door ourselves to enter as reception is around the corner in a laneway. The apartment block is...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
