Got a great deal from their website for school holidays: 2br unit, free wifi, free parking, free cooked breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids!! Room was amazing. View of gardens from king room (wall of windows), fully functional kitchen, large bathroom with bath, good tv and lounge furnishings. Supermarket / bottle shop one block up towards city (turn left...

I stayed here for 3 night slate December 2017 Checkin was fairly easy. Once in the the room, I discovered the airconditioner didn't work, so I had a room move. Didn't work in the second room but the receptionist was very good and assured me she would have it working and have my room cool by the time I came...

My family stayed in the Seasons Botanic Gardens Melbourne for 9 days during Christmas and New Year holidays break. It is a very nice hotel to stay and only three trams stops from Melbourne CBD. The front desk staff Leah and Stephen are very friendly and helpful, the company should be very proud of to have such wonderful staff. Our...

Our room was great, it was on 5th floor and we could see the highrises in the CBD where the fireworks on New Years Eve are left off from, so that was fabulous. The rooms were serviced daily and kept immaculate for us. It was extremely close to the CBD area and a tram stop was practically straight outside the...

I wrote a rave review in 2009 about this hotel and had stayed in this hotel many times since. This was a return visit after several years. The reception and restaurant staffs were still all professional and helpful. Unfortunately there was a clear decline in housekeeping and maintenance standard. After check in, it was clear that several things weren't quite...

Stayed 1 night and found the Seasons Botanic Gardens excellent. Spacious rooms, very clean and if you needed to prepare something to eat it was all there. The staff were very friendly as well. The location opposite the Botanic Gardens and Shrine made it a very comfortable walk around. We walked into South Bank which is a very easy 20...

Was a little disappointed in my stay there. They charge $10 for wifi which is crazy since free wifi is so common these days. I even got free wifi staying at the smaller towns in VIC and NSW. They also charge $20 a night for parking. I really expected for guests to get complimentary parking, even if just for 1...

Very disappointed. Kitchen and bathroom dirty, cupboard doors falling off, king bed just 2 very separate singles placed together (barely). Poor customer service. We have a corporate account...pretty disgusted

This place was well priced, clean, self contained with a tram out the front door. Good for family and people on a budget as you can cook your own food! will be staying here nest time i come back to melbourne.
