If you just need a place to sleep in a quiet area with no extras then this is the right place. The place itself is old but clean. Free breakfast included. Hot water in the bathroom was working on and off. Wifi worked mostly by the reception area only. There were 2 toasters in the breakfast room but one was...

I stayed here because I had no transport and needed to go from the Airport, stay a couple of days including a game at the MCG and return to the airport. I caught the Skybus and then the tram #42 I think. One and a half blocks easy walk with a small rolling suitcase. The MCG is an easy ten...

Bath room down the hall, Frankfurtes for breackfast, place appears to have had better days. Older lady on reception more interrested in her personel phone call than customer service, paye a bit more and stayed at the Ammora in Richmond, much better

Old and grotty! But... Staff were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast thrown in! You pay very little for a small room with loose tiles in the bathroom but for the price, how do you beat the location and the lovely welcoming smile of a pleasant asian guy? I'm giving the place 5 stars due to awesome staff and...

We stayed here when our regular hotel double booked us on a busy weekday. The place has charm but it is a very basic room, very dated (bed squeaks) but well priced. A little noisy with some late guests but everything was clean. Not the best b&b we gave stayed but not hortible. Checkin was efficient but Inpersonal...

The only good part was the spa but there was somebody elses hair in there.... awkies. Wall paper kept on by sticky tape, marks and stains aaaaaall over the place, ledt over food in the bedside table (guess its good if your hungry).. i personally wouldn't recommend.. unless you've got a really good sense of humor.. hahaha

It is old, falling to bits. But it was clean and ok. We were disappointed to miss out on a carpark on arrival and had to park in the 1P on the street, but as we had to leave our car longer, we risked a fine. Even though we arrived at 7.30pm we could quickly check in, receive two keys...

Giving one star because it's a great location and very cheap. We stayed here two nights because it's close to the Epworth Hospital (also v close to the city, bridge rd, the MCG etc). It's a beautiful old building that has sadly been allowed to fall into decay. It appears to have been renovated circa 1980 and nothing has been...

I stayed three nights. Bed was comfortable but tv only one channel. First night ok but Luke warm shower in an ensuite located across the corridor from my room. Both Sat and Sunday mornings I had NO hot water. I had to request towels each day as none were left in my room. All this meant I had a difficult...

Ripped off for what you get. Outdated rooms, unloved and unkept. I found it disgusting there was a lot of short hairs in the bed. Towels were not clean. Breakfast wouldn't meet health requirements. Run by asians who do not want to be there. Please don't waste your money.
