We stayed here on the weekend in town for a concert. This place is so disappointing. Our room at the back is near where the train goes past every day from 5.00 am until midnight tooting its horn each time. Our room was disgusting mould every from the carpet to the bathroom toilet , walls spa etc. The spa was...

The location was fantastic,5 min walk to trams that took about 10 min ride to flinders st. The room we stayed in was in need of a good paint job there was a lot of noise from the trains that woke us very early in the morning. Breakfast was basic with the choice of only boiled eggs, when my husband...

Manager just doesnt seem to care. Breakfast is dodgy as well, stale bread and cereals. Only good thing about this place is the location. Definatly not 4 star accommodation, more like a 1 star. some student hostels I have stayed are better than this place. Expensive for what it is, you would be better off staying elsewhere.

I was shocked at the lack of concern regarding cleanliness. We were there from December 23rd to January 3rd and the room was never cleaned! There was a person who made the bed every day and who sometimes left shampoo and conditioner, and that was what the B&B understood by cleaning. (I asked how often they did the cleaning and...

Great place to take a cheap prostitute or go and overdose. Smelt like stale ciggarette. I paid extra for a spa room to assure what i thought was a decent room. Had the Jollymont train line directly out my window. The woman at the desk refused to acknoledge the train outside, only saying "I've seen the room, its not "directly"...

From what I gather you can get a decent room here or not, depending on your luck. We stayed in room 21 and it was good. The great advantage of this place is it's location in a gorgeous quiet street in beautiful East Melbourne, a stone's throw from the MCG. The other good thing is the free breakfast which is...

I stayed one night and it was a disaster , there was a power board wrapped around the bed head, the room was tiny, and dirty. I had to put to pamphlets in the door to keep it quiet. The supposed bedside tables were way above arm height useless for coffee or anything else. They took the $139 dollars out...

I chose to stay at this establishment due to its location and price. I was expecting a Bed and Breakfast experience that was a lot more intimate than it turned out to be. The place is huge with 2 floors of rooms that extend a good 50 metres back from the front of the property. It was old. Very old....

Old residence, and much needed repairs required. As it was the AFL grand final week-end and we had booked 6 months in advance it was cheaper than most at $300.00 a night for 4x people. Have found better places to stay in same close area for better quality. You do have a great break feast included as much as you...
