Visiting Melbourne is easy when you have an apartment with in house parking, convenient to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Add in bright and happy customer service and you are set. Room is spacious, balcony allows for washing to dry and for breakfast and elevator...More
Stayed here over the New Year and was blown away with the location and facilities. We had a front suite which many reviews complain about the noise of Lygon Street, it was not an issue at all for us. The suite is extremely large and...More

If you want real parmesan, cut from the block, grated over your pasta with a twist of style, this is the place. Until recently, this neighbourhood was home to the notorious ‘Carlton Crew,’ a pseudo mafia who started their day with a local espresso. They are gone, but the espresso still runs strong in this Little Italy which has something for everyone. Starched white tablecloths, candles, pizza the way
they do it "back home" and maybe even a bit of amore. The number of gelato choices will leave you in a state of indecision and wide footpaths, big awnings and a sea of packed tables makes this al fresco dining experience a continental buzz. Even if you’re not eating, it’s worth the stroll just for the people-watching, which, of course, is an Italian tradition.

Hi Gilbert I believe the car parking was free but it was a fairly small car park....careful on the way in through the back lane and out again as it is a thoroughfare for other businesses. There is car parking elsewhere around the area. I was more nervous about getting a car park at the front reception for check in as it is a busy street and has trams etc but it all seemed to flow ok.
There is some parking and it is very handy in that area of the city. The parking is limited and a little crammed So small car ideal Give them a ring or email them letting them know that you would like a park.
