This was my third stay at the Miami Hotel, and it was just as good as my first two. I was able to get an early check in, and the staff were friendly and hospitable throughout my stay. The place is spotlessly clean, no worries at all on that front. It's in a fantastic location with plenty of great places...

We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The room was clean, small but fairly priced. The most of the places that we wanted to visit where within the 2 kms radius of the hotel. Complimentary wifi was provided at good speed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot plate in the room but you can cook in a...

The reception staff member greeted us nicely and gave good advice regarding the local area ans communications to the CBD. Which was pretty simple really it's the 57 Tram, the stop is only a hundred metres from the hotel foyer. The tram runs between Flinders Station and Maribyrnong which has a huge out of city covered shopping mall. But remember...

Stayed here for a couples weekend away.Only one thing stops me from giving this even less and thats the location. Pokey little rooms with no character and next to no furnishings. Although we asked for a queen bed (and paid extra for it) we ended up with two singles joined in the middle with a zipper(which, of course digs into...

Hi and thank you for your feedback, it is important to us, and we value the fact that everyone has their own opinion. Feedback also allows us to work on the things that we may not get right, we do very well most of the time, but it is impossible to get it right all of the time. We have...

Friendly staff, good value for money, but rooms have thin walls. If people are a bit noisy either next door or in corridors, they can be heard clearly in adjoining rooms. Only 10 minutes walk to Victoria Market; around the corner is public transport, shops and restaurants. Room was clean but needed renovating. Beds were comfortable and shower was great....

Spent 6 nights here. Onsite washing machines helped. Room is very small but served our needs well. Nice choices in nearby ethnic restaurants including vegetarian Chinese, Thai and Indian. Close enough to victoria market and a half block to tram stop.

Booked this hotel through Melbourne tourist information. It is a good distance from Melbourne CBD 20 minutes by tram. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms where small, but with a good size bathroom and very clean. The faults where no lift, we had to hump luggage up 3 flights of stairs, which were quite narrow, not good....
