Arrived for a three night stay as part of a tour. The bedrooms are dated although we had been told they had recently been refurbished! Only items that appear to be new in the rooms were the TV’s. Restaurant closed still under refurbishment ! so no food options available. Absolute let down.

Such a great and lovely suites with own kitchen and lounge and separate toilets and bedroom. Very spacious suites. Friendly staff too. Easy to go anywhere in the City. A must visit place I'd you are in Melbourne. Great view into the waterfront and down the City as well.

Stayed here whilst at a conference. The place is very central to most things (600m walk to almost any where). The room was clean, comfortable. The wifi was good. The lifts were reasonably quick and the staff were friendly. Pity about the lack of breakfast and having to go elsewhere to eat. Price was very reasonable and would stay here again.

The place is not as advertised. Not sure how they’re getting these reviews. Dated fridge, counter tops, and one of the most uncomfortable showers I’ve ever experienced. Not a 4.5 star hotel. More than anything, my experience with Neil and Tran or Trin, was one of the worst ever experienced in any business I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know how they’re “management”. Never picking Choice Hotels again. Btw, no restaurant there either. The website is deceptive. Avoid at all costs!

Room clean, bed comfortable but noisy from train traffic and adjoining rooms. Bathroom in need of some serious updating but clean. View great looking out over Yarra River. Staff friendly and helpful as you would expect. Is it worth a price tag of $250 a night? No so as far as value for money goes it’s a 3.5 but this doesn’t allow a half score

Great location, situated on the bottom of William Street, easy to walk to South Wharf and to the CBD. This is the second time I have stayed there for business, staff was really accommodating in providing us with a corner room with river views. The studio was spacious and neat, after a days of work we were able to relax as if we were home. Thank you Elvie for an amazing customer service.

This hotel was quite a surprise. Stayed on the 7th floor and was very happy to find that the room we had was actually a small suite. Bedroom, bathroom, lounge room, fully equipped kitchenette with built in washer/dryer. The rooms looked to have been recently refreshed and it was neat, clean, tidy and styled well. No view to speak of. The bed was only a Queen but comfortable enough. Both the lounge and bedroom had flat screen TV’s. The staff were friendly and check in and out was quick and flawless. Check out time was 11.00 am. The bathroom was quite tight but shower was clean and water was hot. The towels were big, white and fluffy. Heating and cooling worked well. If you came to melbourne for a week to explore the city and save on restaurant dining then this would be perfect to buy your own groceries to make your own dinner etc. location is close to Crown, the Aquarium and Flinders st station. Ubers to sporting venues would be around $20 in most directions. Trams are also close and free inner city.

Had a King Suite room 816 Room was large with everything in. Tea and Coffee facilities, shower gel and shampoo. Abig tv. Great views over Melbourne city.
