    Stayed at Alto for the first time, friendly staff, nice room, great bed, excellent breakfast and very handy location for shopping, football at Etihad or just walking around the city. Generally stay at the larger hotels but I'll be back, terrific value for money.

    Hi, yes there is a lift, easy access to it as well. I can't answer about the sofa bed though, both times that I have stayed there our apartment did not have one. Hope this helps.
