The staff at Treasury ware amazing. Really friendly and helpful ans always wanted to help that little bit more. The rooms a re modern, clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet. Even on Saturday night it's quiet enough to forget you are staying in the heart of the city. And there is nothing better to curl up in bed and watching abit of Netflix. The location makes it an easy walk for tram to anywhere in the city, so it's perfect for a dinner or a show in the city.

Hotel's Favourite
It's slightly embarrassing to rave so much about a hotel stay but this was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. I'll be recommending Treasury on Collins to everyone I can. Nothing was too hard for the amazing staff - John, Carlos and Nikki to name a few, who were very friendly and attentive. They bent over backwards to ensure our stay was as wonderful as possible. We received a room upgrade, which was incredibly well-appointed and very spacious. It even included a kitchenette and washer-dryer amenities if you needed them. The complimentary breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, along with the complimentary wines in the lounge from 4-6pm.... all enjoyed within such a beautiful, historic building. For those thinking of simply booking with the bigger hotel chains, you'd be doing yourselves a disservice if you overlook this boutique hidden gem in the heart of the city. My sole complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough!

Hands-down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, the world over. We loved all of the special touches, from the amazing breakfasts, to the wine down, to the incredibly spacious and clean room. The staff was warm & friendly with a special shout out to Carlo who warmly welcomed us and made us feel special. Ideally situated, we were able to enjoy all the Melbourne had to offer. Everything about our stay was perfection.

I have already recommended Treasury on Collins to many people. There are so many aspects that made staying there such a wonderful experience. These included the staff - so friendly, helpful and respectful- every single one. The breakfast was delicious and wine down was delightful! The room was spotless and spacious, the beds very comfortable and Molton Brown toiletries are an absolute favourite. We also appreciated the coffee and snacks after we had been out for the day. I won’t even look at anywhere else to stay when I’m next in Melbourne. I visited with my daughter and I’m hoping to return with my husband early next year.

We visited Treasury on Collins for a family stay in the city. The heritage rooms are beautifully and cleverly internally designed to maintain views and light while providing the amenities expected of a 5 star hotel. We enjoyed the Molton Brown bathroom products. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with our carparking. Obvious highlights were the buffet breakfast (ate so much); the daily 'Wine Down'; and the great pool table. We loved our stay and will be back.

We recently had a fantastic stay at the Treasury on Collins. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment style room and had a rollaway bed setup in the lounge area for our toddler. The beds and pillows were lovely and comfortable, plenty of fluffy towels, opening windows for some airflow, the room was exceptionally clean and we felt we had everything we needed for a short stay in Melbourne. Rooms were serviced every third day unless you required it more frequently which they would do complementary. Buffet breakfast each morning was also complementary with our stay and was excellent, hot breakfast options, bakery options, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt etc. all fresh and restocked frequently. The Treasury don’t have a mini bar in your room but instead offer a wide variety of complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby area which we really appreciated. As other reviews have noted, you really feel like you get your moneys worth here, in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at where anything above basic comes at an extra cost. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful from booking through to checkout. Parking is off site but only a short walk around the corner and hotel can organise it all for you with your booking. We loved our stay and will definitely choose the Treasury again next time we are in Melbourne.

beautiful, cozy and sparkling clean, that was our room. With great proportions, equipped with everything we needed for our one night stay. I liked the small touches of humor in the "do not disturb" sign and the ducks in the bathroom. We arrived late at night (the reception was not operating) and everything was settled in order to check in and enter our room easily. I do not tasted the breakfast since we checked out early. But my overall stay was great and I would like to return. Unfortunately we did not find room in our next visits. Highly recommended!
