Decor and furniture are very dated, but was prepared for it after reading some reviews. It is see to believe that the car park in the beside building is only less than 6 ft or 2 m away from my window.. I can touch the concrete if the window can be opened. Room is spacious, bed is OK and has...

The hotel is in a ideal location. Its ok for 1 night only even for what you pay, pay a bit more and feel as if your having time away. One of the main reasons to stay here would be the cheap parking. The hotel has gone down hill a lot since our last stay here in 2016. As you...

Reading the negative reviews, we were a bit concerned, but nevertheless we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is indeed pretty old but its location is perfect in the center of Perth CBD and very close to several bus stops! They cleaned the room every day and put new towels; the shower was good with plenty of hot water and...

We stayed at King's Perth hotel for three nights recently. It was very close to the city centre and shops. Rooms slightly dated but comfortable enough and we was hardly in the room so made no difference to us. We thought we was the only ones in the hotel as didn't really see anyone else for the three days we...

We recently spent one night at the Kings Hotel Perth on the 26/01/17 to be close to the Fireworks for Australia Day, that didn't go ahead due to the tragic plane crash into the Swan River. Despite this we found the location of the hotel ideal, an easy 10 minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay, 5 minutes...

Good, value for money hotel. Reception staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast, which was cooked to order included in our room price. Discounted parking offered for hotel guests, with the car park right next door. Comfy bed in the room.

Stayed at Kings just over a week ago and was very disappointed, it's an old hotel that is in dyer need of some TLC, everything is looking neglected. They did some rooms up on the higher levels a few years ago but that was it. Our room smelled, curtains didn't even go to floor so as soon as sun was...

We were here on a 5D3N holiday trip with 31pax. The hotel interior is quite old with wooden furnitures in all rooms but surprisingly the room was clean & complete with iron , iron board & hairdryer. The staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. This hotel located at the traffic light junction where there's few Muslim/ Malaysia restaurants...
