I last stayed in this hotel nearly 20 years ago. Having to be in Perth for an appointment, this hotel was the closest to my eventual destination. Nestled at the base of the hill upon which Kings Park is located this hotel is on the edge of Perth CBD. Although it is small it could be an ideal base for...

Great location, close to city and Kings Parks. Excellent opportunity to cycle from the hotel around the river and city locations. Friendly staff, great on-site restaurant. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Perth.

A lovely friendly hotel, on the outskirts of Perth with the bonus of a bus stop for the local free community transport, just yards from the front door. Rooms were very clean and adequate for our four-day stay from the 13th to 17th October 2014. We stayed room only basis but I would recommend booking B&B as we found it...

We loved this hotel with lots of natural light in the lobby & restaurant. The staff are friendly & helpful & we booked on line at a very good rate. Our twin room 115 was small but everything was spotless. It was close to the swimming pool and guest laundry. The bathroom doesn't have a vanity unit but we were...

Starting with Irma, all staff are a delight, nothing is too much, old style service, absolutely fabulous. The rooms are spotless, no mould no dust, very clean, free movies, the only criticism is guests using stairwell, making quite a noise, maybe sound deadner in staircase carpet could be used. Just something I feel has been overlooked, thats all

I recently stayed at Sullivans, and I give it five stars -- not because it's the most luxurious place in Perth, but because it had a simple, nice vibe, and what I think must be the best hotel view in the city (at least from my front-facing, terraced room). The rooms were on the basic side, but comfortable enough. The...

location is good...close to kings park and away from the main CBD area our room was quite sad - very ancient feel to it, water pressure was weak - and the shower would keep jumping from hot to cold quite randomly!

I prefer to stay in real hotels, rather than anonymous chains. This is why. Sullivans is a nice friendly comfortable hotel, well-appointed and clean, with free reliable wi-fi. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit and options part of the $15 continental. It was reasonably quiet even with the window open, given that it is near some very...

Great service, friendly staff. Close to attractions, walking distance to lovely Kings Park. Small hotel but great feeling and spotlessly clean rooms. Outside pool small but adequate. Restaurant small but food was delicious and cheap, service was exceptional
