We have stayed at Sullivans over 5 times and will come back again and again. It's close to the city without being in amongst it. We found that other hotels in Perth charged parking, some up to $55 per night. Sullivans isn't 5 star but has nice staff, comfy rooms, great pool and a nice bar and restaurant. Easy walk... More

My wife and I recently spent 3 days at Sullivans Hotel and found it to be quite reasonable. The location is very convenient to the city with bus transport right in front of the hotel.Even the walk up into St Georges Terrace is not that far (about 10 to 15 minutes). The rooms need a bit of an upgrade but are... More

Worst ever, left the suit in the cabinet with minimum 2 grand cash in the pockets while we checked out, a couple of days later rang to find out money has gone, the WA police is under investigation now, can not believe this is the Star hotel.

We booked into a deluxe room at $200 per night expecting a little luxury. What we got was a good sized room a tiny bathroom nowhere to put your toiletries or change of clothes shower curtain only and a vent for steam that did not function.Only one lounge chair and a temperamental TV that kept making a noise like a gunshot.Location... Our group consisted of 3 couples with South West WA being our end destination. We could have stayed in the CBD but elected to be on the outskirts, below Kings Park but still within walking distance to CBD and no noise at night. City views (particularly at night) from Kings Park are spectacular. We chose to drive but if you... More

Hotel is a good location, close to the city and was alright value for $95 a night. However, there wasn't enough off street parking so if you didn't get a park you would have to pay to park on the street, which there wasn't many parks either, or move your car at 6am. I paid $20 for a burger which... More

Good location for the city without being in the thick of it. Room was vey small and basic. Bathroom was cramped - you could brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet! Shower was small and had a shower curtain and hot water was temperamental at times and there was no exhaust. Breakfast was included in our package. Eggs etc... More

Pros: *15mins walking distance to town (shops & some bars/ restaurants although not the main ones). *There is a free CAT bus stop just outside the hotel which takes you to town. *Walking distance to Kings Park/ Botanic Gardens (10mins). *Hotel restaurant serving breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner (mine was for a surcharge). *Chocolates in room as well as basic... Sullivans is a really nice hotel, with spacious rooms, nice reception area, small bar and restaurant. The bathrooms are in need of an update though. There are some free parkingspaces available as well as free wifi and free bikerental. It's located just to the west of the CBD, but within the free buszone with a busstop (bus straight to downtown...
