We initially booked this apartment for two nights at the end of a cruise. During the cruise, our plans changed and we decided to stay in Perth another three nights. Extending our stay was easy and we were able to remain in the original room. The apartment was very large, well appointed and very comfortable. A very large deck with table and chairs - a great place for morning coffee. The washer/dryer was convenient and small sachets of laundry soap were available from the desk at $3.00. There was a dishwasher and dish soap was provided. Apartment serviced only once if you stay 8 days. We did not and it was not serviced but that was not a problem for us. Directly around the corner was the free Red Cat bus and in the other direction about a block away was the Yellow Cat. Not sure how salubrious the area is at night but it was fine for us. I would happily stay there again.

We stayed for the AFL masters national carnival for 8 nights in a one bedroom apartment. It was easy to book online. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and all the conveniences we needed to make our stay a great one. A seperate kitchen, living area, laundry/bathroom and bedroom with king size bed.
There is a coffee machine with complimentary pods and the ability to purchase more at a great price. Everything we needed if we wanted to stay in and cook. Oven, hot plate, microwave and full sized fridge as well as a microwave and dishwasher.

There is also a secure car park that we were able to park our vehicle in knowing it was safe and secure.

The balcony was very large with an outdoor setting.

The CAT bus stops were within easy walking distance and there were numerous dining restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We took the CAT bus into the city and then back to the apartment from Elizabeth Quays.

It was close to all the functions that we needed to attend.

The staff were excellent and friendly.

Will definetly stay at this apartment again

We stayed here for one night and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartments are extremely clean and are self contained with everything you would require to make a meal should u chose. There is a full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and full stove and oven.
Bathroom was very clean and included a laundry with a combo washer/dryer. There is a very spacious balcony with table and chairs, a living area with dining table and a very large TV.
My only complaint would be the quality of the mattress was not great and you only get one room key.
Apart from that I would highly recommend Baileys serviced apartments

Spent a total of 3 nights at the Baileys Serviced Apartments in Perth. Checked in quite late, and had to go to the Baileys Motel down the road to check in as reception is only open from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Nice apartment with a good sized kitchen, dining and lounge area, large balcony and nice sized bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom/Laundry a tad small but sufficient for our purposes. Close walk to restaurants, convenience stores and bottle shop. Although the room was well appointed, did find there to be rubbish under the couch, and the outdoor table top was not attached (which we found out the hard way). Plenty of car parking underneath the apartments, but please be aware that the room will only be serviced if you stay for longer than 8 days. And if you are a light sleeper, I would choose a room that doesn't face the rising sun so you are not woken at 5.30am, the blinds in the bedroom we had were not block out.

This apartment had everything we needed when looking and picking out where to stay. Bed, kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony a bonus (huge corner room) few complimentary touches. However, whats more important to us is aircon. We are glad we didnt stay here over summer, they have presetted their aircon to switch off after certain time. Even if all doors are closed they switch off and they give you instructions but nothing works. Have read previous reviews on this as well. We know they want to save money by doing this. But this is what we judge most because we love our aircon on at a consistent level. Everything else was great. Checkin the reception girl came across bit rude but the reception guy we had to see about new towels was nice. Everything was great, but the aircon - again the aircon was on a timer. Good luck to anyone trying to crack the code because its definitely a mission to get it working as though they've specifically set it this way to save power. Frustrating when you paid top dollar for the room. More then a weeks rent so expect nice cold air if we wanted it. Parking very tight too entrance is terrible. Bathroom could do with better cleaning, scrubbing of tiles. Despite everything else being ok - wont stay here again

I wouldn’t stay here again. Reasons why; 1. No cancellations are allowed under any circumstance which I think is ridiculous given the current climate with Covid
2. False advertising- website says free parking with a room but the car park is first come first serve 3. Car park was an absolute nightmare, tiny parks and people double parking one another 4. After 4pm you have to check in down the road at a separate location 5. I was there 2 weeks - apartment was ‘serviced’ a couple of times but all they did was make the bed and take out the trash. Didn’t even get a clean tea towel or anything. 5. Bed is HORRENDOUSLY uncomfortable to the point where I found it difficult to sleep.

The pros are that it was spacious and clean on arrival. The location is good although if you need to cross over the train tracks you need to walk through a homeless camp and a couple of times I was approached by people under the influence.

The staff are all accommodating especially we have to change our accommodation due to COVID lockdown in
Perth. The rooms are nice and clean my family were happy. The price is very affordable and very close to CBD and parking space are very secured.

We love the Italian restaurant just below the apartment.

We love to stay there again when we come back to Perth!

While this hotel had great apartments with a balcony and its very clean. Its has a large amount of rules which are display everywhere, the hotel is hard to enter and on check in they had to see if my room was ready at 2pm, the receptionist was not very friendly. While in the lift a cleaner came in and vacuumed around me. If i had a choice ti stay here again i will not as there are many other hotels in the area.

After a flight delay of 6hrs myself and 2 teenage boys arrived from all day travelling - at 1130pm
Got in ok all fine!
Apartments are actually nice for all you need big verandahs etc but it stops there!
I had organised a rollaway bed and got a email confirmation then even rang on day of arrival to confirm again and yep you guessed it got in dead dog tired with 2 boys and NO extra bed in a 1 bedrm rm! I was irate really disappointed
I rung the after hrs which is goof for sweet FA the guy was somewhere else and not interested at all
Then next morning got my rollaway
We needed air as they are stuffy rooms
Now day 2 aircons just do not work at all no idea but no use ringing as no one at reception after 3pm
Totally unmanned so you are pretty stuffed if your room has something wrong
Ps- was told prior that if any troubles go up the road to other baileys motel they have reception
Well told at 1130 when arrived they do not have reception! So they lie and just dont care once they pack up at 4 from reception and go home!!!
Really annoyed is being nice right now
They have potential as they close to bus, food etc if only they gave a crap

These are now our go to appartments for CBD stays. Close to shopping and food. Bottleshop very close too. Rooms are clean and large with easy secure parking. Only thing I could pick on is they need a vacuum cleaner in rooms as floor gets pretty messy with kids over 3 or 4 days. (Rooms only cleaned every 8 days)
