I had a room with a pic of perth as my "window". This was the only downfall. I got what I paid for. The staff were friendly and were great when they learnt I have a guide dog, even stopping to take a pic with her. Great PR for the hotel!!! Would stay again but upgrade room next time

Very good value for the money I paid. I have stayed there for a full week. Good location, many good places for for eating near by! Hotel is bit old and furniture as well but for that much money I was happy at the end of the day.

Stay in this hotel in Feb 17 and it included breakfast. The room is not too bad and got a window face the street. Breakfast is quite good and early enough for the early birds. Air condition is not very good though.

I knew I had picked a budget hotel, so it was comfortable enough for what it was - just a place to rest for one night and have a base. The room was functional and clean however there are no windows, mine had a fake view plastered to it, so I would imagine a few nights here without any natural...

Well at first glance the reception looked lovely. The room was not too bad because we had a very cheap online price. We were upgraded to a family room. Did not need the three beda as there were only 2 of us. The sheets on the king size felt like card board. .really stiff. The spa bath did not work....

The price I paid for a room and breakfast was fantastic. However, one needs to understand this is an old hotel, constructed to less than adequate building standards. Paper thin walls, no window in my room, neatly dressed staff members with a bad attitude. On the plus side, reasonably priced secure parking, tasty breakfast, clean bathroom. I would definitely stay...

big foyer with adjoining cafe with good lifts or stairs. If you pay budget as we did, the first surprise is the fake sea view at where the make believe window is. About forty odd rooms out of 94 have such a thing. Family rooms also have the same poster view. Room was large ans was the clean ensuite. Very...

This hotel is located very to the centre and even close to the area they hold the fringe festival. Rooms were very clean and beds comfy. The hotel also has the breakfast area and offered the standard hot to cold breakfast, its a self service thing, wouldn't say it was wow but the good high standard for a typical hotel...

Managed to get a great value last minute deal booking on the day. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Close to the city centre. Staff were friendly. It was SO much nicer staying here after staying at a near by hostel for nearly the same price!
