The hotel has a great locatin. The harbour area and sky tower are all at a walking distance. For vegetarians, there is a nice indian takeaway place near the hotel which is super cheap. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast variety is nice. Only issue was we were given a room near the lift so there was some disturbance. The...

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 1 night in March. The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to many delicious restaurants and key Auckland attractions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a hotel you choose when the good ones are booked out. Adele was in town, and so, it seemed, was everyone else. So the price for a twin room was 4.5 stars when the standard is probably 3.0. The overall experience was adequate and we were able to shower once we'd reattached the shower upright to the shower...

We stayed for two nights with our 9 year old son. Good city location. Basic but very clean and tidy. Excellent price. The Mustard Seed restaurant is located below but we did not visit as it was overly priced, it was an inconvenience to have to go and find breakfast. Also the couch was not a sofa bed, just a...

I have found in NZ that if Qualmark have given a hotel four stars then that will be fairly accurate as they tend to be fairly strict. This hotel was fairly rated in my opinion. A two night stay in March. The Reception is in an older building and the rooms are behind. The staff that I encountered during my...

central location. rooms fairly small and have a huge air con machine by the side of the bed which reduces space even further. Fine for one night. We returned in the evening to the bar for a drink and the place was like a morgue. Large bar with very high ceiling and no atmosphere. Could do better?

This hotel was close to sky city and not too far a walk down the hill to the waterfront, the hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. There are a few places nearby to eat and drink and all were very enjoyable. Citylink bus station just down the road gave the cheapest link back to the airport...

A small hotel very close by the cbd. It has really comfortable beds and quite modern inside. The staff are really quite nice and friendly and internet provided has a fast connection. On the down side, the bathroom is small and no space to put toiletries, unless you want to place them on the closed toilet lid (not for me)....

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Easy location to all CBD sights and the harbour. Just down the road from SkyCity and Queen street shops are all within easy walking distance. Inter City bus terminal just down the road also.
