We stayed at this hotel at the end of our tour. It is a spacious hotel and very comfortable. our room was large with a big bathroom. The plug was missing in the washbasin. This was replaced within 30 minutes after mentioning it to reception. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent farewell diner in the brasserie, The...

We stayed two days here and it was a comfortable, well serviced place. It was also convenient to get to the Pier Restaurants, Ferries, and Shopping. Many places to eat and more. We went to the Casino to visit and specialty shops.

This is a well placed hotel that offers great rooms. Has a gym and 25m pool and has parking just next door with a direct access to and from lobby. The breakfast offering could do with some Iove (are those powdered scrambled eggs? If not, the chef has somehow made them seem so). It won't blow you away but it...

Stayed on a Riviera Tour two weeks ago. Left all my valuables in the safe including passports. Hotel rescued them and posted them on to Napier and saved the day. A big, big thank you. Eternally grateful for your efforts. Enjoyed the swimming pool whilst we were there and had a lovely drink and meal around the spacious bar area....

The internal decoration does appear a bit 'beige' on first viewing but it is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We stayed in a club room and the canapés...

A hotel definitely showing its age but at the right price well worth the stay. I had two nights there. Noticeable that they seemed to have many trainee staff on the desk, or maybe just poorly trained staff. For all that they were extremely pleasant and we accomplished check-in without major drama. It was my later queries regarding things like...

Fairly central and within walking distance of most of Auckland's attractions. Hotel was clean and spacious and fairly modern. Food was good for breakfast and dinner, but the service could be improved. Our criticism came when the whole restaurant was taken over by bus parties and other guests had to eat in the bar, which meant a long wait for...

Good enough room size. but carpet is needed to change on corridor. Executive lounge is operating 24 hours. Reception staff, Korean lady was really kind and helpful when I check in and out. Some of guys was not friendly at all but because of her this hotel impression is still okay.

Adequate. Nasty dark dark decor which was depressing. We didn't have breakfast here, we tried a light meal in the ? Brasserie where the maitre d was surly and unwelcoming and in spite of an almost empty room kept us waiting for a table and then showed us to a table right by the kitchen door. And the food was...
