We stayed here while in Hamilton for the Phoenix game in early December, because it's nice and close to the stadium (5 minutes walk). It was reasonably comfortable, clean and tidy, and not too badly priced for a night away.

Down for a stag do and they accommodated us well. Nice enough rooms and the rooms were a good size but would have been better to have put two double beds in the room rather than one double bed and a single bed. Breakfasts are delivered to the door and them in the two days gave two different types of...

We stayed in the 2 bedroom townhouse. We requested the room for 4 adults. However the room was damp and dingy. The bathroom was unclean. The whole place had a damp smell about it. The lights in the lounge/kitchen were not all working. They did put in new lightbulbs when asked. The windows were really difficult to open and one...

Room was dark, dank, cold and not particularly clean. The shower was an explosion! I think the cockroaches climbing the wall and ceiling outside my room topped off my stay. I had paid for 3 nights, checked out after my first night. The motel owner refused to credit my account for 2 nights and only refunded me 1 as I didn't give...

The curtain rails were falling off, the bathroom windows wouldn't close and lights not working. The kitchen was under stocked for kitchen utensil etc. For a family room there was not any...

Got room number 13 and it is as described...loved the spa bath...there were room enough for the two of us. The bed was comfortable with heating blanket. No lack of space and non gravelled parking area just outside, so perfect for bikers too 👍

Where do I start? The guy behind the counter was reading the paper when I arrived. He didn't appear to be interested in interacting with customers. Eventually someone emerged from the back office. He was friendly enough - he spent a few minutes explaining how to use the room access card and offered me 2 litres of milk. As I...

I found the older man at the reception rather rude from the get go, so this was not a great first impression. The younger man was more polite. The rooms themselves are dated and do have a musty smell. Living area wasn't so bad, but bathrooms need doing up. Kitchen was relatively well equip for cooking which was good. The...

Staff were very rude and arrogant! My room was not serviced on my second day and third day stay.Window in my bathroom was broken and had a black rubbish bag covering it!! I had no clean towels and had to ask which seemed like a hassel to them. Had smokers outside my room where smoke was drifting into my room....
