We spent two nights at The Napier during our NZ North Island trip. We were checked in by a lovely couple, and we were lucky enough to have Room 312 - top floor, corner apartment with a wrap around balcony and stunning views of the ocean and foreshore. Waking to to the sunrise here is amazing - set your alarm,...

Comfortable well appointed room, overlooking the sea. Good bed, clean bathroom, and fantastic spa bath. Only think letting it down was the restaurant- really quite awful. I would stay again - but will just make other arrangements for meals.

This was our first two night stay on our New Zealand road trip so we were delighted when we entered the cavernous room with a huge comfortable bed and seating area. We were on the ground floor with the main road directly outside so were a bit concerned that traffic noise would disturb us but that was totally unfounded as...

We were booked in quickly by friendly people. We were given an upstairs suite for 2 of us. It was fantastic with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. I loved the wooden furniture in the Art Deco style. We ate here and the food was good. It is a short walk to the town, but a really...

Awesome spot, just across the road from beach and handy to the aquarium. The most comfy beds and pillows. Rooms are immaculate. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Large, clean rooms right on the Napier waterfront, easy to find, easy to access. Comfortable room with small kitchenette. Extremely slow wifi, can't download anything. That is the only criticism. Parking on site looks like it could be a problem on busy weekends. On site restaurant had good breakfasts.

Stayed at the Nautilius Motor Inn in Napier for two nights. Got a great Sunday internet deal for $109 per night for the first night. Very comfy room with modern furnishings and a large generous room with a balcony with sea views (see photo). It also had a small kitchenette with all the necessary cooking facilities. Enjoyed it so much...

The Nautilus had easy check in and was located conveniently on Marine Parade. Room was spacious and clean and supplied with everything you would need. Room service was delicious and quick even though a function was on. Only negative was not enough parking onsite for the number of units.. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Me and the family stayed here for a night away from home. We found the place nice a relaxing. Although the it had air conditioning the room where the kids stayed didn't and it was a hot night! Other than that I can't really fault much else. Would stay here again

The room is big with a great view of the beach. But it is getting a bit tired and needs some TLC. The varnish on the table tops is long gone and the cleaning over the days we stayed was not the best. Surfaces were not wiped down and vacuuming not done. It's not cheap so would expect more.
