Rooms are nice and overlook the beach. Excellent beds, very comfortable. Cleanliness was below average, the skirting boards were caked in dust, also the glass in the bathroom had someone else lipstick on it. The shower was useless, like standing under a hose as it was not able to be adjusted. When manager was advised about these he didn't seem...

Great location, opposite the beach on Marine Parade Walking distance to centre of town. Room was fantastic, spacious and everything you needed. Comfortable beds, very clean. Breakfast, continental for $15,very well priced but was average, bowl of yoghurt & the fresh fruit salad was warm and could have been sat in ice to keep cool.

On a road trip with a girlfriend just 2 weeks ago and didn't have accommodation booked when we arrived in Napier. We were getting concerned when we saw NO VACANCY after NO VACANCY sign but were so relieved when we saw the Vacancy sign at Nautilus. Last room left which, lucky for us, was in the corner of the building...

Twice we have visited this excellent motel and enjoyed a good nights sleep in comparative luxury. It's located on the seafront and if you are lucky enough to get a first floor room, there are wonderful sea & coast views from the balconette. ( and your room). The road can be a bit noisy but once the windows are closed,...

From the outside, we were not sure what to expect of this hotel but as soon as we walked into our ground floor apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchenette was well appointed with all utensils necessary to make our breakfast. We chose to go out for dinner but could easily have...

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Had a nice view of the beach from our patio and the bed was super comfortable. The pressure in the shower could be a bit better but the large spa bath in the room made up for that. Will stay again.

Cannot speak highly enough of this motel - we booked for 2 nights at one of the busiest times of year and then had another motel cancel our reservations at the last minute. Guru worked a miracle and managed to get us another night even though they were fully booked - cannot speak highly enough of the service. The location...

Nice rooms with a nice bathroom and a spa bath. The kids had a separate room with a small TV. We were on the ground floor, everyone can see in if the curtains are open, I would request a higher level. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It was about a 10 minute walk into...

Stayed with my family and booked a second room for a friend's family. Prime location. Superb facilities. Hard to imagine having a spa pool in your room for that price. Friendly staff. Plenty of space and amenities. Hard to fault, but for me, best if they put up reliable high-speed Wifi, even if they charge a bit extra for it.

The price is reasonable. The place is not new but is has been upgraded recently. Clean, safe, mini kitchen but oddly no drawers to store clothes!!! And the closet is tiny. Bathroom is large and the balcony is comfortable with a great ocean view. And a dramatic oddity is in the middle of the room beside the bed is a...
