Had such a great stay at this hotel. The apartment was good and in such a great location. Within walking distance to everything in the city. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room did have a portable air-conditioning system through which was impossible to keep on during the night (extremely loud). We were never told if this was...

The front staff Lara is what makes this hotel special. She is friendly and helpful. However, having no air conditioning provided in our studio apartment is what drags down the rating of this hotel. Although this hotel is in the heart of New Zealand's Art Deco capital, having no air conditioning brings down the rating of the hotel. A past...

A brilliant week at Quest Napier. They know what people need from business travel, Ruben and others at front desk could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They are aided by the fact that Napier is such a wonderful place to visit and set in an amazing part of NZ, but the facilities and service at Quest would have...

This apartment is well equipped and really comfortable, the beach & town is a short stroll away. We arrived on a Sunday and were able to park for free in the public car park next door to the Quest (as long as you move the car before 8am the next day). This car park can get busy during the week...

This was a great place. Very well appointed. Clean. Well located. Easy access to restaurants and grocery. Enjoyed a walk through a lovely little park near by and stopped to get food at one of the grocery stores. Brought that back to the room and had a feast with wine purchased during our winery stops.

A comfortable hotel that suited our family beautifully. The reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us. No request was too difficult. The rooms we had were spotless, comfortable and airy! We were a two minute walk from the heart of the Napier shopping district. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Quest Napier for 3 nights between X'mas and New Year. For the first 2x nights we were allocated a room overlooking the council car-park on the 5th floor. This room is west-facing and gets the last drop of the late afternoon sun-light. This is also on the top floor of the front part of the old building....

Dear Desmond Thank you for your feedback and nice comments regarding our service and staff. We are in negotiations with the Landlord of the building installing air conditioning in all the Apartments so hopefully in the future you feel home away from home and will consider us again. Have a great 2015 Ruben

Great unit.Very spacious adjoining rooms. Lovely old building very close to everything. Staff were very friendly. We only had one problem when the dryer in our apartment stopped working. They replaced our drier straight away (and on Boxing day too) so we could get our washing done before moving on. Would visit and stay again. Thankyou
