A comfortable hotel that suited our family beautifully. The reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us. No request was too difficult. The rooms we had were spotless, comfortable and airy! We were a two minute walk from the heart of the Napier shopping district. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Quest Napier for 3 nights between X'mas and New Year. For the first 2x nights we were allocated a room overlooking the council car-park on the 5th floor. This room is west-facing and gets the last drop of the late afternoon sun-light. This is also on the top floor of the front part of the old building.... More

Dear Desmond Thank you for your feedback and nice comments regarding our service and staff. We are in negotiations with the Landlord of the building installing air conditioning in all the Apartments so hopefully in the future you feel home away from home and will consider us again. Have a great 2015 Ruben More

Great unit.Very spacious adjoining rooms. Lovely old building very close to everything. Staff were very friendly. We only had one problem when the dryer in our apartment stopped working. They replaced our drier straight away (and on Boxing day too) so we could get our washing done before moving on. Would visit and stay again. Thankyou

We were pleasantly surprised to find how well located we were but still in a quiet location on our recent visit to Napier. It was an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. The supermarket was close and the bus terminal was just across the park. It was cold when we were there but our room faced west and... More

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We arrived out of office hours and this was never a problem for them. Rooms were of a high standard and very clean and quiet. The Quest is well located within walking distance to shops and beach. It was a short overnight stay for us but couldn't fault the room or... More

Never been to Napier so decided I should! What a lovely little town! The Quest is very well located for all the shops and banks etc and just a block or two away from the beach. The apartments are a god send if you have washing to do and powder is kindly supplied. We had a well sized balcony to... More

We stayed for two very comfortable nights in the Quest Napier. It was lovely to have a mini-kitchen with dishwasher and hot plates, although we didn't have occasion to use either! The room was large, warm, light and airy, with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. It was a short walk to the shops, and two supermarkets were a very... More

I was here for 3 nights on business and had a very nice experience. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering, the location is great and the owners and staff are lovely. To park securely it costs an extra $12 a day. It isn't expensive to park on the street in Napier but its very annoying to have to... More

A very nice apartment that had all the basic facilities such as, a mini stove, fridge, mini pantry, TV with digital (could have been bigger) and a desk. I stayed here overnight to watch the All Blacks (rugby team) play at McLean Park (15min) walk from the apartment. I was in a twin share room. The only real negative was... More
