We stayed at Falls Motel for 4 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a 2bdm apt that overlooked the waitangi river. It was clean, nicely decorated and we'll equipped for a family of 5. The pool was a favourite with views of the falls. We also hired kayaks from reception and paddled down the river which was great....

We stayed at the Falls Motel for two nights. It was very clean and tidy with great facilities. The kids loved the pool and we all had great fun kayaking to the falls. Would love to visit again and try out the campsite next time!

For a view, the site can't be beat.. with waterfalls framing the background, this is an absolutely gorgeous campsite... The hosts were amazing... Michelle went out of her way to help us make last minute reservations.. The location is great for kayaks that are available at the resort.. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming up to the bay...

Stayed 4 nights last March. Pete and Michelle were amazing hosts. Friendly, welcoming and ever so helpful...nothing too much. Room was spotless. Kitchenette and ensuite a little dated but in very good condition. Bed amazingly comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again. Even though it was located on the main road into town of Paihia, amazingly quiet and relaxing.

Nice little campground on the north end of Paihia - may be 20 sites. Five or six campsites border the water with a view of the falls. Very peaceful site with friendly staff. You'll likely have a couple of ducks trying to join you for meals, but I was advised to not feed them. Pretty vegetation compliments the water front...

Such welcoming hosts who suggested loads of great things for us to do. Spot was quiet and other guests lovely. Facilities were immaculately clean and everything anyone would need from a campsite. Canoeing at high tide first thing in the morning was a highlight and a must for all visitors!

Not to sure what to expect here but the photos on their website are spot on to what you get. We stayed in the camp ground and as it says it has the best views of the falls. It was a lovely couple that own and run it, very friendly! Would highly recommend to everyone.

Although arriving with pooring rain we could see that this campground would be even better on a nice sunny day. Our first night in the campervan and the first night in NZ with the view of the falls we couldn't ask for more. Friendly host, free wifi, ok camp kitchen and showers. Rating 4 stars because I think the amenities...
