Stayed five nights at these apartments on the Paihia waterfront (ironically, a work trip) and enjoyed the spaciousness of the bedroom and living space, the well equipped kitchen and the outlook from the balcony - pool down below and ocean to the side. Would recommend it to any travellers. The only negative was that the apartment managers had advised by...

Lovely hotel, great location but we were in a two bedroom suite with a nice distant view of the ocean and a nice view of the pool but one of the rooms of very pokey/dark and no tv in the room. The lounge and kitchen area were lovely with nice appliances (except for washing machine/drier condenser) didn't find this very...

My sister took me down to the bay of islands to see how beautiful it was, this was my first trip to New Zealand, unfortunately the weather was terrible and it rained the whole time. So, we spent a fair amount of time in the apartment, it was a great size and very well equipped. It had a lovely pool...

We just finished up 5 nights here and were very happy, rooms were large and clean, comfy bed, excellent location. Staff were very friendly too. The pool is not heated, but the ocean is 15m away anyhow...

In fairness we had unusually dreadful weather so we didn't get to spend time on the beach or in the lovely pool. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a good view of the sea but we were next to a bar which was a little noisy and the road. If the weather had been good we probably would have...

directly opposite the beach and walking distance to all amenities needed for the most relaxing holiday in years. Apartments have cooking facilities however there is a restaurant or cafe with food to suit all tastes. Great place for all ages.

Our apartment had a view of the bay (from the balcony) but was right opposite the beach and well located to get to the quay and other attractions in Paihia. The apartment had a huge living area and well equipped kitchen including washing machine - useful if you're away for 5 weeks. It was clean and comfortable albeit not terribly...

We were in a ground floor room at the rear of the property and sadly nightly noise from the backpacker lodge behind made getting to sleep before midnight difficult for me as I am a light sleeper. We had trouble twice with the dishwasher, which at the time of our departure still had not been fixed. With no aircon and...

Ramada Suites as its new name, is well located with a lovely beach just across the road. The main shops and transport hub are about a 10 minutes' walk, with restaurants and historic spots along the way. I booked a one bedroom apartment through Wyndham. Despite the description given, the pool was NOT heated and was too cold to swim...

This property was perfectly situated right on the waterfront and close to the township. The apartment itself was luxurious and modern. The kitchen was well appointed with (almost) all your cooking needs stocked. But for NZD500 I would have expected fast internet (i have speedtest evidence the download speed was 1.6Mbps) and daily room cleaning. The mattresses were also of...
