Found the family unit to be clean and tidy. Its around 3km outside Paihia, close to Haruru falls and with easy access to Paihia beaches. Everything you need for a short visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a roomy family unit which had everything we needed. We found it to be great value for money.

We have stayed numerous times at Twin Pines, and have always found it to be great value. It is a little bit outside of Paihia, but is right next to Haruru Falls and it is a very peaceful setting. Staying in the Bay of Islands can be very expensive for a family, so that is why we always choose to...

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. We found that it suited our needs very well (apart from a slight problem with the fridge). The tv was small but the unit was clean and warm and well equipped for cooking (although the oven was hotter than normal - we burnt our cookies!) The kids enjoyed themselves in the rec room...

I arrived in Paihia late one winters night. I was cold, fed up with driving, tired and I had no idea what accommodation was available. I was told about the Twin Pines Tourist Park because it was the best valve for money and is in a great location. When I arrived Dick and Kate (the owners) made me feel so...

We had a lovely stay at Twin Pines. The facilities exceed our expectations and were maintained to a high standard. Everything had it's place and instructions helped the place run smoothly. The staff were super friendly and really willing to go out of their way to help. We stayed in a cabin which I found basic but covered most of...

We made a three month round trip with our two little children, a van and a tent. Twin pines was our first destination after arriving in Auckland. Dick and Kathy, the manager, were so absolutely friendly and the place was so clean and in a good shape! Our kids loved the trampoline, and we liked the sound of that river....
