Staff who attended to us was great as she introduced the facilities and recommended attractions for us to visit. Rooms were huge but dated. In room spa takes a while to fill. Got to get used to the intermittent Sulphur odour in the city.

Had a really enjoyable stay in a family trip to the north island. Very hospitable and towels a plenty. Great addition of a private spa. Will definitely recommend and return. One of the best accommodation we've stayed in so far and this being our 5th. Kids friendly and has a nice play area on site.

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids (4, 6, 8, 10) and stayed here in December 2015. Friendly staff that helped with suggestions for things to do, directions, and even arranged discount coupons. Room was spacious and well suitable for a traveling family if you enjoy cooking for yourself. There also was a smallish swimming pool, which...

We stayed here for 2 nights - really comfortable and the service was excellent. The hot tub was an added bonus too. We had a family room with a mezzanine level and the kids loved having their own space. Would highly recommend if visiting Rotorua.

I was inspired to book the Arista of Rotorua after reading how the owners are supporting cancer victims/ families and their positive reviews on Tripadvisor. I lost my dad to cancer 3 years ago and knows how it feels to have this dreadful disease hit one of our family members. The unit that we had was very spacious with a...

After a long drive we checked into the motel. The rooms are spacious (good for a family of five) and have all the modern conveniences. However, what truly made the difference was the fantastic service. Mike, one of the owners, was our main point of contact. He is extremely helpful and upon checking in explained all the main sites and...

We had a fabulous stay at Arista with Mike and Ann Marie very helpful hosts giving us tips of the best things for us to see as a family in the area. The units were roomy, comfortable, clean, well located and we loved the spa out the back. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Rotorua.

I have been to Rotorua a few times and everytime I stayed at different places. After the first night at Arista of Rotorua, I knew I have found my permanent holiday accommodation in this lovely town. Mike (one of the owners) is a great guy and I admire what the family&their business have done for the community. The room is...

This was our second stay at the Arista of Rotorua in as many years. Once again we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, room appointments and other amenities available. Everything went off as planned and we will be back.
