There is a main building and several cottages surrounded by beautiful trees.unfortunately the service was not at all reaching the expectation for such place given the price you paid for it. 2 maim facts: first on the second day...

A wonderful place to be! My husband and I completely loved the experience. It is beautifully located giving a panoramic view of the lake and the city. The room was excellent, in fact excellent is an understatement. We had a private deck from where one can enjoy the sunrise/ sunset or walk down to the lake. The property has huge...

We had a lovely time at Peppers. The location is breathtaking, particularly at sunrise. Our apartment was spacious, warm and well appointed. As a family we enjoyed use of the room's spa pool, feeding the ponies and watching the sheep and donkeys. The playhouse was also a hit with my little girl. Brekkie was yummy. All the staff we met...

My husband and I stayed at Peppers on the Point. Our room was excellent. We had a private deck, spa, view of the lake and the sheep came right up to the edge of our deck. It was breathtaking. On top of that, the service and friendliness of the staff was the best we have ever had. We had breakfast...

A wonderful place, two nights is not long enough, wonderful welcome on arrival and we were early but not a problem room ready. Amazing dinner, delicious breakfast. Walking around the grounds you run into ponies, sheep, black swans and donkeys. The views from the room overlooking the lake breath-taking, and then at night just gazing at the stars, just wonderful...

Beautiful place!!! Magnificent lake view and best part is u can feed the farm animals! Greet food. Shame for us only stay one night in their cottage suit, so next time will stay longer. Suggestion for travelers: keep your room door and windows close at night, otherwise you will be sharing your beautiful room with hundreds and thousands grass flies...

This is usually not the kind of place we choose on vacation, it was amazing! We stayed in the cottage overlooking the lake. We had lovely views. The cottage had its own kitchen, jacuzzi on the deck, and porch. Every detail was well thought out. By day, it's a lovely place to relax. You can observe sheep, black swans, ducks,...

A truly wonderful place. Everything was perfect for us - the situation, the view, the personal interest shown in us by the staff. And the food is magnificent. I know it is heresy to say this of New Zealand, but I have never been fond of lamb. Well, the chef showed my how wrong I have been! And talking of...

This is a lovely place to discover in Rotorua; we stayed one night if you can afford it, don't hesitate to book the huge villa (4 bedroom), the lake view is wonderful, this house is luxurious and confortable, for me, the best place in Rotorua !
