It was our first trip to New Zealand and a first experience with the concept of Homestays. Wendy and Rod were just wonderful. They both were very warm and accomodating and we spent a nice evening with them over some lovely wine and great talk. The location is nice, parking is not a problem and the room was very clean....

Stayed here March 2006 with my partner and our two friends. Wendy and her English husband made us very welcome and had good suggestions for site-seeing locally. The breakfast was good.
