Love that this hotel is so near to the government garden and the lake. We stayed in the studio room and it was really spacious and it has all the basic that we need; comfy bed, clean toilet with hot water and a small kitchen....More
Clean. Tidy. Spacious. Reasonably priced and lovely, friendly staff. Great location with restaurants, cafes and shops all within 2-5mins walk. There’s a small pool here and thermal baths which I will check out next visit! I’d say for the price - this place is GREAT!...More
Brilliant location handy to town and lakefront. Average room (2 bedroom apt) being seperate older building in renovated 1960's decor. Very clean and tidy but showing age through poorly shuttling bathroom door (kids couldn't close it due to frame warping) and numerous dead light bulbs....More
This accommodation is really at a very good price at a great location in central Rotorua. With a spa pool and a warm water swimming pool and daily tariff at a little more than 120 NZ dollars is a good bargain.
We have stayed here twice, great value for money and fantastic location with plenty of parking. Easy walking distance to lakefront and Eat Street which has a great selection of restaurants to choose from.

It means you get an initial byte of Wi-Fi then you purchase any extra you need once you've used up whatever you start with. It should indicate level of Wi-Fi (actually built into tariff) when stating how much is 'free'.
