This is a great location. The staff is amazing and helpful in every way. Rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. I loved Eat street and shops and waterfront within walking distance. Loved it... We would return in a heart beat.

Excellent location and great staff. Very happy and will stay again. Rooms were very clean and tidy and had great facilities. Close to eat street and a shot walk to waterfront. I would happily recommend to friends and family.

Excellent accommodation - well designed, and equipped, comfortable. Would liked to have for longer. Great restaurant - fine food and wine, restful atmosphere and decor. Helpful and friendly staff throughout. Best hotel in our week of touring.

Very welcoming and accommodating reception staff, despite previous occupier of our room having failed to check out. Given an alternative room which was excellent and a compensatory free drink. Restaurant food was very good, with excellent service.

We loved the black and white decor. Reception were very helpful. It was good having tea/coffee-making facilities but we would have preferred mugs, rather than cups and saucers. My husband kept getting his fingers stuck in the handle! All was clean and up-to-date.

Cutie rooms are too small for more than a single night. Hotel is nicely located and staff helpful. Avoid annex rooms facing the local restaurants as these can be noisy. Spa was fun to try. Overall enjoyed our stay

Regent of Rotorua is a boutique hotel with a small pool and an even smaller hot tub in a separate room; you need to get the key to access that part. The people are nice and the rooms clean and comfy. We were fortunate to have the two bedroom suite, a bit more space than we required but it was...

Great little hotel, so centrally located. The staff were wonderful: friendly, accommodation, professional, and available at all hours. Great little restaurant, beautifully appointed rooms with all amenities. Desk staff were SO helpful!
