The Quest is in a great central location when visiting New Plymouth. We stayed in a studio apartment which was quite large with a kitchenette. A washing machine and dryer were available free on the same floor. Clean room, quality inclusions and good customer care. Free wifi.

We have stayed in several Quest apartments around NZ and pretty much know what to expect. The rooms are furnished to a relatively comfortable but basic standard. The advantage for us is the ability to get 2 bedrooms by combining a studio with a one-bedroom apartment. Most other hotels in New Plymouth offer only studio or 1-bedroom accommodation. This is...

We only stayed 1 night. Everything was great, new clean and in order. Since it was Easter we had free street parking. Free wifi was good. Tiny kitchen great for boiled eggs and toast in the morning. Would return. Note not staffed after hours. Have your security code handy for entry and self check in.

Located right in the heart of New Plymouth, across the road from the mall and a stroll to the beach. Our room had a separate lounge area which is always a bonus. The room was well appointed, clean and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the coffee plunger for morning coffee and love the fact that the bed was double...

We had a room without a view but the facilities were excellent. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. It was easy walking distance to everything being in the heart of the city. Good car parking facility. The only down side was the beds were on a bit of a lean. Otherwise good.

Originally, we were settled into a room with no view, contrary to our booking, but staff managed the change very well and were absolutely awesome. The room was spacious, the facilities great, Starbucks was across the street, and good restaurants and sights were in easy walking distance. We used this hotel as a base for hiking on Mount Taranaki -...

My son and I stayed for 3 nights. The service was professional and personable. We were also provided with extensive information on a variety of restaurants, cafes, retail stores, and activities and attractions. The room had plenty of natural light and had modern furnishings. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

We picked this property due to its location and size of rooms. It is in easy walking distance to the sea front and great walks along the coast as well as plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Well equipped for self catering.

We had two apartments, side by side. The rooms are very large and have a nice feel. Everything that is needed is included in the rooms. The beds are comfortable. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Sky Sports TV channels included which was good. Parking is located very closely to the apartments.

Thank James Dafydd Ce... M
