Awesome apartment. Close to Taupo central (2 mins drive), has WIFI, full kitchen. Is upstairs so nice views. But not ideal for very elderly/disabled. Across the road from nice swimming spot and water sport hire

We decided to go on a weekend road trip to Taupo & after much online searching for the perfect accommodation, decided on 300 Lake Terrace. We couldn't have been happier - the room was gorgeous, spacious & modern & the service was great. Beautiful views of the lake as well (and the pool is a bonus!!) :)

Be warned, they are rude, didn't care and offered no solutions or other options to our concerns.

Stayed here for two nights over a weekend while meeting up with friends. The apartment was clean and tidy. It's great to have a separate bedroom and I had a peaceful sleep on both nights. The living room had a lovely couch to relax on in the evenings and a good sized dinning table. The staff were friendly and keen...

Apartments are well done but manger and staff have no idea about customer care. We were woken on our second night at 2am by the manager 'Greg' and friends moving furniture and fitiings from neighbouring apartments. No apology given....he seemed surprised that we were complaining about being woken up!!! We left at 3am in the morning with two young children........

We have stayed at this property several times over the last 2 years. The rooms have certainly been upgraded to a high, modern, standard, and are comfortable. Great views of the lake from the upstairs rooms, bathrooms modern and showers good, kitchen equiped with dishwasher (no washing machine/dryer in our unit) however, very minimal utensils eg knives, forks, dishes, mugs,...

This motel was decorated to a very high standard, and the fixtures and fitting were great. There was even a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the room! My only problem was that our room faced the road, which is the main route for lorries etc. It didn't keep me awake, but it did wake me up very early. Also it possibly...

This place is amazing, views, comfort and good old fashioned hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble for the managers, Greg & Cathy. Greg has a great knowledge of the local tourism industry and Cathy runs the place efficiently.

Step outside the chain hotel and motor lodge and experience something different in this new place. We were surprised to see there were no reviews for this on trip advisor and took a gamble based on their website and a quick chat with Vicki the friendly manager of the complex. Furnishings were refreshingly out of the ordinairy. Not style over...
