My wife and I felt properly let down after or stay at Quest. We were received quite wonderfully by the young ladies at the reception, and we thought that the cleaning ladies were very friendly but that's where it ended. Our apartmentt was run down. My chair had a great rip in the upholstery, the washing machine stopped at intervals and...

It's in a good location but the fact we were given a room with a view onto an inner well did not show it. The room was tired and had no ventilation. Had to request a fan to help with that. I had told them the stay was to celebrate a special occasion and this is what we got. Will...

Dear Kevinsum, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are really disappointed to hear the feedback on your experience staying with us at Quest Wellington. The rooms that face on to the atrium are sometimes preferred as they are the quieter rooms, situated way from the hustle and bustle of the city. We apologise that in...

I have stayed at many Hotels and Motels over the years. Some were 5 Star and others were nothing but flea pits. This was my first stay in a serviced apartment, so I cannot compare this stay with others. The apartment had all that facilities I could have wanted. The location is in the heart of the city so it's...

I have stayed at Quest Wellington many times and it is the only place I choose. It is very central and the 1-bedroom apartment that I book is very spacious and has everything I need. I was on the understanding that we were to have 1 hour of free internet access but we were not offered this.

i.e. Wellington had an exceptionally hot summer, and few hotels provide air conditioning, and sadly the Quest neither supplied a fan, so we tried to keep cool by having windows open, which are normally adequate to block out the appalling street noise from council workers sweeping streets at midnight and emptying bins at 5:00am. In cooler weather, one could avail...

Dear Jqqls, We would like to thank you for your review. I have passed your kind comments on to our staff here at Quest Wellington. The only positive is the location. Everything else about this place is ordinary at best. I was booked for 3 nights, and left halfway through my stay. Main reason was that I returned to my room at the end of my first day and the door was WIDE OPEN. No sign of housekeeping, and no explanation from the mostly unoccupied...

Dear Clayton, We would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I am extremely disappointed to hear about the incident regarding your apartment door being left open. This is a lovely old building converted to apartments. The room we had was roomy and well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Bed was comfortable, service was good and the room clean. Good location, suits families. We stayed with 3 kids under 10 years and the 2 bed apartment was perfect for our needs. There is a 5 min loading zone right out front but...

If you need a lot of room and don't mind missing the finer things from a hotel, this place will work fine for you. It looks like the original carpet and furnishings are still there. There is an old odor to it. However, the bedding and towels are clean. I wouldn't recommend staying for very long.
