I'm currently staying here and will check out over the weekend! One thing I find appalling is the attitude of the people working here. Communicating with some of them was a problem. To be specific, the lady on duty this morning (Wednesday 17, 2017) has terrible attitude issues. Even though she tends to talk softly, her manners stinks. I had...

Very affordable and i was impressed at the quality for a budget price. The water pressure was not good but for passing through it was good enough. The view was good and staff helpful. We will stay again. Oh, the bed was very comfortable.

My room had a limited view of the hotel's backside. Furnishings were simple but more than adequate; bathroom quite modern. Heat, more than adequate. A small Four Square store is across from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is good. Front desk staff were helpful. Wifi did seem to come to a halt for a while, nightly, about 9 pm. The...

Not great not terrible. A good reasonably central option that won't break the bank if you need a bed. The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were tidy if a little tired. The wifi was a good speed.

This was a business trip! Our conference was on level 1, The room looked clean and tidy. We arrived an settled in. We did not have dinner in the hotel, in fact we did not have any meals in the hotel at all! The cost for breakfast was quite expensive, did not look that great looking at the photos. We...

"Happy Guest. Happy Hotel" seems to be their motto and we found each of the staff we dealt with to be great. If we needed to be over Te Aro way again we'd definitely stay again. Our room was big enough with large super king bed and plenty of room for the port-a-cot. Our bathroom was a bit tricky to...

Not a super cheap price for... dirty rooms, curtains mouldy, view of the air conditioning unit, bath rusty, wallpaper bubbled ... not really a room you wanted to spend any time in... for the price it wasn't worth it. Mini bar consisted of 2 bottles of water and room only made up daily on request. An old, tired and rundown...

The Willis Wellington Hotel was just what I needed for one night. Having read reviews I was a bit concerned. There was both pros and cons to this hotel. Pros: The location is great, in Te Aro and very close to Cuba Street. My reception member I encountered was very helpful and recommened a number of places for me to...

Location: The hotel is a short walk to the popular spots of Cuba Mall and Courtenay Place. Although on a main central city road, I didn't encounter any issues with noise. Overall room feel: The room was an ok size but showing signs of wear and tear. Wall paper coming off wall, scratches, marks and small stains here and there....

I stayed for three nights in a single room including breakfast. I was advised at checkin (without asking) that unfortunately they were full, otherwise I would have been upgraded. I was on the fourth floor, easily accessible by stairs or lift. The room was extremely clean, and well laid out to make the most of the compact size. The window...
