I checked in at 9pm. The reception is unattended and looks very shabby. You have to ring a call centre and they give you a code for a lock box. The windows in the room don't seal and it is incredibly noisey. Carpet is covered in stains. TV in living area is from dark ages and only has minimal channels.... More

Don't stay here for short stay, looks like all quiet rooms go to the long term tenants. Rooms backing onto Terrace are very noisy, old windows, hear every conversation of people walking past, construction site across road, alot of traffic in morning. Expensive for what this dump is.

We were only here one night and a studio was adequate for our needs but expensive for a tired small space. The apartments are obviously constructed from an office block as the room is an odd shape. The windows are single pane so noise from the street below woke us in the small hours. Our basin had a crack and... More

Booked this hotel on last minute.com and had a fairly good deal averaging at around $160 a night. If I were to use a word to describe the room it would be 'tired'. Staff were friendly enough and the place was mostly clean (minus the grubby couch pillows in desperate need of wash or replacement). Considering my partner and I... More

It's taken a month for me to get justice after my dealings with Andrew, the Manager at Quest on Lambton. He became angry and hostile towards me when I tried to discuss the pre-approval process with him. On the telephone, he told me to take my business elsewhere and told me he was cancelling my booking. He then reported a... More

Happy with apartment. Much larger than I expected. Plenty of tea and coffee. Room nice and clean. Parking about 100 meters away for extra $20. Handy to stadium and waterfront. Pub across the road and with it music. Did not bother me. Only negative was there duty manager. He did not even bother with us on arrival. No greeting or... More

The apartment was clean and spacious and though furnishings were basic, we had everything we needed. It is centrally located in Wellington so easy walking distance from most things. The biggest problem was that the street noise (which is constant ALL night) sounded like it was in the room with us even with the windows closed. We did not get... More

Stayed in a studio suite for 4 nights. Room impressively big with all facilities. Slightly tired finishings. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly and the housemaids could not do enough for us. I would highly for size and location.

Stayed for 2 nights for work. Very impressive apartment but extremely cold. No heat pumps only a small oil heater. Bedding not adequate for winter stay. No electric blanket and was cold all night. Sadly I wouldn't stay again as a result a rally let down as cold in Wellington in winter is not acceptable.

Stayed 2 nights here. Room was fine, bed was good same as bathroom. Kitchen area had everything we needed. Good location in the city of Wellington. I found the lounge chairs were uncomfortable, expect noise from the main road. But other than that, a good stay here. Thank you Quest on Lambton.
