We stayed in the lovely, private and peaceful Garden Suite. The apartment was very well appointed throughout and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Zarli was a great host, clearly taking great pride in service delivery, given the quality of the apartment, its cleanliness and the excellent breakfast which was personally delivered. Zarli gave great directions to the apartment and...

I really appreciate your kind feedback and am happy to hear that you had a comfortable stay in the Garden Suite. It's a shame we couldn't arrange some better weather for you while you were here, but no doubt the vibrant city and its sights made up for that. Thanks for choosing to stay at Austinvilla and hope to see...

On our recent trip to Wellington we spent three nights at Austinvilla apartment. Zarli went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location is great with very good restaurants within a ten minute walk. The apartment was well furnished and perfect for our three night stay. An added bonus is the fascinating history of Austinvilla. Roy

Many thanks Roy for your review. I'm pleased that you enjoyed your stay and had the novelty of meeting the descendants of the man who built the house (a hundred and fifteen years ago), while you were here. The story of their family reunion was in the paper the next day. Hope the rest of your journey around NZ went...

We stayed in the smaller of the areas which are let out and it was perfect. Quality just screams out as soon as you enter. Zarli was welcoming and helpful and everything was clearly explained. Yes it is up a hill from the city but the location is wonderful. It is peaceful but only 10 mins walk from the street...

During our tour of New Zealand we stayed for two nights in the Garden Suite of this delightful Bed and Breakfast. We were greeted by Zarli upon our arrival and his help with the luggage was very much appreciated as were his useful hints and tips about seeing the sights of Wellington. It was immediately apparent that we had chosen...

Along with hoards of other people, we descended on Wellington for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. We were fortunate enough to secure a booking at this centrally located B and B in their Garden Suite due to booking months in advance. Zarli greeted us on arrival and helped with baggage up a few steep stairs which opened up on to a...

Stayed on the lower level of this restored home close to downtown and Mt.Victoria. A pretty place with a wonderful view. Nice patio and small garden to relax. The owner (Zarlie) was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful (fruit, cheese, yogurt, jam, rolls and excellent coffee). A comfortable and very clean mini-apartment. Had dinner at the Ortega Fish Shack...

We had a fantastic stay in the Studio Suite at Austinvilla Bed and Breakfast. The apartment was beautifully decorated and designed with a lot of thought and care, e.g. complimentary travel plug/adaptor for oversea guests. The location of the B&B is a perfect walking distance into the central part of the city, with plenty of nearby restaurants for an evening...
