Old, rundown 70s style motel, sloping floor, exposed lightbulbs, single glazed windows with no security stays, miniature TV Bizzare covid protocols, just not welcoming or good value. People coming and going all night. Wouldnt stay again.

I have been staying at Cherylea Motel whenever I am in Blenheim for work for the past 10 years +. The accommodation is excellent in every way. I always receive a friendly greeting - and have a catch up chat with Robin. I stay in many many motels in the course of work and this is definitely the best. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. We stayed two nights but our room was not serviced after our first night. The owner did not seem to care when we told him this. So If your like fresh towels and a clean room you should find somewhere else to stay! Awful, would not recommend to anyone for the price you pay!

$140pn mid week, discounted from $160. to stay in what we think is a converted garage. Disrupted sleep the first night from the crowd in the unit above us. Walls an ceiling paper thin. Housekeeping promply fixed the blocked shower an ant invasion an said no one booked in unit upstairs for 2nd night. We could hear snoring from adjacent unit an again nosey ceiling from people walking upstairs 2nd night.. Cutlery an bowls dirty. Bath towels left on kitchen sink both days! Room comes with complimentary cockroach spray.
