Very clean and comfy room. Close to the Tranz Alpine Train station. The lady owner was very helpful and friendly. Were given directions on places to eat as we arrived late in the evening. We were taken to the train station the next morning which was very nice of the owner. Great value accommodation.

Not luxurious, but great kind staff, fully equipped, comfortable beds and all you need for a restful night. We had 2 bed apartment no. 1 which was nice and quiet. They kindly looked after our baggage for us while we went on a tour during the day. Highly recommended, and v close to Tranzalpine station too.

We selected this motel because of its proximity to the train station (with free pickup and dropoff) and restaurants. It turned out to be a good choice. Pickup from the train station --- requested by a free phone call from inside the station --- was prompt and problem free. Dropoff the following morning also worked perfectly. The Intercity bus station...

Pickup at train station and drop off. Really friendly staff. Comfortable room they even moved us from being on first floor to make it more convenient for us. Without being asked. I would highly recommend this motel

Very friendly welcome. Nice big room, but we booked late so we had to take a 2-bedroomed. Not too expensive though. Good facilities, comfy bed and lift to the station the next morning. We ate just round the corner. Plenty of choice nearby.

What a great place to stay. Spacious, clean rooms with everything. The lovely manager could not do enough to to help - another room on a second stay to receive better wifi reception and doing my washing on her private machine when the laundry washer was not operating.

A quiet suburban motel close to a range of restaurants. The helpful host will pick up railway travelers from the nearby Christchurch station, and also arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. The rooms are quite spacious and there is a shower over bath. Although suburban, we found it quiet.

Stayed their twice as we criss crossed the South Island with Steam Incorporated's Southland Steam Tour. The manager/hostess had remembered all our milk choices and loaded the fridges ready for our arrival which was a nice touch. Pretty modern units with all the mod cons, I was next to the main road but once doors were shut had no problems...

An EZ 10 minute walk from Addington Railway Station; 3 minute walk to the Court Theatre; 5 minute walk to Addington Coffee Co-Op for your morning buzz and treats (breakfast is awesome); 10 minute walk to Hagley Park. Get the picture, perfect location to walk anywhere and everywhere in Christchurch. Jessica, the always lovely manager, is very attentive to this...

We spent a comfortable two nights at the motel. The bed was good, the shower hot and the free shuttle to the station meant we had an easy time making the 6:40am train. A good choice of restaurants just round the corner for an evening meal and an easy walk to bus stop to get into the city.
