Second night stay in New Zealand and second nights accommodation for 6 months traveling and by far the worst for them all. Last resort as we were late trying to find somewhere and this was our last option. When we arrived there was no-one there, so after a phone call we were giving a padlock code which opened a locker...

Was what my daughter discribed thiss place before leaving to find another place to stay. Lacked security, bed unmade and room dirty. I rang to explain the departure and the reasons but the Asian female manager didn't care. I then cancelled a further booking and had to request a refund as she clearly wasn't going to apologise let alone offer!!...

my fault that i didn't at least to a basic check before i booked this. the beds are yucky, they don't even supply a doona cover. i am totally fine with only having the most basic accomodation, but it needs to be clean. and this so isn't. the attend doesn't help, either. despite looking quite close to the airport, the...

We booked a double room, only wanting a cheap clean room for a brief overnight stop. It was cheap, but it wasn't clean. The sheet on the bed was clearly dirty when we arrived. I asked for it to be changed. They said no. I offered to change it. "No" again. The reception staff explained to me that it wasn't...

Should have checked the reviews of this place before we booked.... Reception is supposed to be manned during the day, when we got there no sign of anyone. When the guy finally turned up after 2 hours and I had a go at him he rudely said "I was at lunch, what do you expect me to do". Was $60...

One of the worst hostel we've stayed at for location and cleanliness. Ideal location or airport but other than that it's to far out of city and away from everything. 2 toliets and 2 showers for whole place, glad there wasn't more people there when we stayed, seemed like a last resort kinda place when everywhere else is booked.

This Backpackers was SO ugly and disgusting, we left after the first night, even though we already paid for a second night because originally we planned to stay there for 2 nights! No toilet paper (the reception-guy took his own toilet paper with him when he used the toilet!!), the kitchen totally unequipped and unusable because it was so dirty,...

Booked with iphone showed up two hours later, the place is disgusting they won't let us cancel. Shady in every aspect. Dogs running around, riff raff everywhere, filth aplenty. Don't waste your money and ruin your trip being penny wise and pound foolish.

It's sleepable but please make this as you last resort like us who were careless enough to forget to book a decent accomodation. It's like living/sleepin in a ghetto....

This is not the Ritz. It's not even a Travelodge. What you get is a room with a bed or two, a very basic TV, a handbasin, a fridge and a bit of storage; and showers and WCs a short walk away in the corner of the courtyard. The room we were in smelled damp and I really didn't want...
