We have stayed here several times & it never disappoints. Fantastic staff who always make us feel like we are coming home, great location & close to cafes, bars & city & to top it off,a really lovely breakfast on the premises. We chose the self contained motel rooms, but this is our personal preference. There is a tram stop right outside...

We arrived early hours of the morning and the key with instructions on how to find our room was waiting as promised. We had a motel room at the back of the hotel which was quiet and a great size and had everything we needed. We self catered so didn't use the breakfast room, although we could have if we'd...

The Grange was a great, convenient place to stay during our short visit to Christchurch. We were made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. The room was a cosy inviting place to come back to.........clean and perfectly decorated in a great courtyard location. We could not recommend The Grange more highly.

After a long trip from Brussels to Christchurch and picking up our rental car, we were happy to check in and relax in The Grange. This B&B is in a quiet location and yet within walking distance of the CBD so we didn't need our car to see the sights. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the "cooked to order"...

Very good and cosy small Hotel, near the Centrum but still in a quiet district. It is easy to walk to the Centrum or to the botanic garden. Room was not very big but with a balcony overlooking the garden.

We only had 1 night, but it was remarkable. Heated bathroom floor, huge shower, perculated coffee. The breakfast was outstanding. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Centrally located within 15mins walk of large shops, tram stop even closer.

This was the first stop on our month long road trip around NZ. An excellent motel and B&B in the center of Christchurch. A lovely old building and a good room. We could not have been made to feel more welcome and the breakfasts were splendid (try the eggs Benedict). Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel was superb, no problems at all. The staff so friendly and helpful. The whole experience with the hotel and with Christchurch itself was terrific. It was so interesting to see the reconstruction following the disaster of 2011, what has been done and what is still underway. The GPS was not so happy as the work being done on...
