A wonderful find. We had a couple of early starts and they called the chef in early to make our breakfasts. Thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for a quiet and relaxing break. Easy walking distance to city centre. We are hoping to revisit in February 2018.

We stayed in Christchurch for 2 nights. Our stay at Eliza's Manor was very comfortable. We had a lovely room- the Butler's room. Breakfasts were very good. The hotel is in walking distance of the downtown area and many nice restaurants are a few blocks away. I loved the woodwork in this old establishment.

Very good, but ....... a pity some small details were not up to expectations ( mattress a bit lumpy ). Well located and near restaurants. Beautiful building and garden. Good and helpful service. The room was good sized and well appointed. The ones on the first floor I believe to be better still, but we wanted to avoid stairs (...

The property is very beautiful, with impressive wood stairs leading to the 2nd floor. Our room was extremely beautiful. The bathroom was very comfortable. We did not try the TV but due to the recent earthquake, many hotels had non-working TV's. As we observed in the hotels and B&B we have stayed, the service was perfect: friendly, informative, helpful in...

We stayed here only for the first night after the arrival in New Zealand. Arrived late, but nevertheless got a pleasant welcome. It was easy to find when driving from airport. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good surprise. My omelet served with bacon and beans was hudge and super tasty. Coffee was freshly made for us on...

We stayed 2 nights and it was disappointing. The rooms are outdated and the Internet connection is a simply annoying. The connection is unreliable and you have always to login. The mattress is too soft and old. No heating in the room and it was too cold. Positive: cleanliness, near center, friendly staff. Negativ: breakfast basic, internet unreliable, overpriced with...

My room had an amazing bath and was very clean and tidy, it was only a short work to a great selection of bars and restaurants and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I will certainly be booking into Eliza's again.
