They don't have unpowered campervan rates so it cost $35 to sleep in my van. Zero free wifi. The icing on the cake is that even though the toilets were clean there is no hand soap in the bathroom. It's next to a train track which isn't too loud, I would have been fine with this place had it only...

If you are looking at permanent living there, get a contract. Owner decides to add on expenses as he sees fit.Rubbish bins overflowing, no hand soap in toilets,no sanitary bins, 10 min showers, which were not overly clean. Extremely noisy with the railway line on one side and a very busy road on the other. Stayed there for about ten...

We read the bad reviews on Trip Advisor and were wary but desperate for a cheap place to use the shower and kitchen. We found the staff to be polite and helpful. The kitchen, bathroom and TV room were all clean and well maintained. The other residents seemed polite. There was no free wifi, unfortunately, but it was a good...

NEVER STAY HERE. Arrived on our motorcycle tour of South Island, friendly welcome from the lady on arrival BUT DON'T BE FOOLED the guy was rude, would not even let us use kitchen facilities. Only nedded a couple of mugs for cup tea. They were locked, guy said "you people" should bring your own gear. We rented a tent spot...

Arrived late at night. Not a friendly greeting. Owner took money and said park where you want. 10 minute timed showers. Right on a railway track so quite noisy with the trains. Walking distance to Tavern for dinner so that was good. Wouldn't stay here again but was clean and tidy. We holidayed on the South Island and this was...

This was a family stay, we stayed at this accommodation (wheelchair accessible room) as it was close to a event we were going to. Although the room was very wheelchair friendly and spacious, the room lacked common necessities for a family of 4 staying. At $150 NZD a night we were only supplied with minimal supplies of coffee, tea, salt...

We found the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. However being summertime there was no air conditioning, barely enough coffee/tea etc for one serving each.no salt/pepper.A table would of been nice to sit at. Also no spare pillows. At $150 per night we were disappointed.

Beautiful facility but it failed to live up to its image. $150 for the night I thought was pricey. Only one facecloth for 2 of us, WiFi was weak and useless, sheet was threadbare. The only toiletry offered was shampoo in a rip open pouch. And a photo of Buddha over the bed!!! Office closed at 7 pm
