Wonderful house with John amd Pang's great hospitality!! I really enjoyed there. It was my first stay in New zealand. I'll revisit, definitely. It's close to the airport, too. My family loved to be there. The ensuite was great.

We did have a little trouble finding the home of John and Ping but were delighted when we did! We were made very welcome from the onset and had the opportunity to use the two double rooms and huge bathroom during our stay. The continental breakfast was excellent and we appreciated very much that John was up early to make...

Thank you for your kind words. We understand your comments about our location and sadly we are unable to do much about that. We think the benefits of our property make the initial effort worth while. We enjoyed having you with us very much and I still keep the muffins turning over. "I love it". See you next time.

John and Ping were great. We arrived late which was no problem, john gave us some great tips on where to get some food before bed. John and ping offered us separate rooms and the shared bathroom was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was comprehensive and filling - would not hesitate to go again ... The perfect welcome to NZ!

This is a lovely house in a pretty little oasis on the very northern fringe of Christchurch. The owners' charm perfectly complements the house. We were amazed to find that we were offered the use of two beautifully furnished, SUPER-clean bedrooms with a spacious bathroom between these two rooms. The owners could not have been more welcoming or helpful. WE'LL...

I must say that we were surprised when we pulled into the neighborhood and saw the house that was, at the time we booked, the #1 rated B&B in Christchurch on TA. But the lovely two bedroom suite (as John said, what they have is really more of a home stay...they only have one set of guests at a time...

We spent 3 night with John and Ping. The house is 10 minutes drive from the airport but you do not hear it. It is 15 minutes drive to downtown. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is part of the house so you become part of the family. The patio is beautiful. John is a very warm man knowledgeable...

Stayed here for 4 nights on my first visit to New Zealand and couldn't have been made more welcome. The house was spotlessly clean, beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was yummy. The spa bath in the huge bathroom was a lovely luxury after a 30hour journey! Would highly recommend for a couple or group of friends who want to...

I was a bit worried whether the rooms would be up to my standards given that I am a bit picky with hotels and the price is quite modest compared to the price we paid for other B&Bs/Hotels during our stay in the south island of New Zealand. However, it turns out that the rooms are great - spacious, modern,...

My wife, our daughter and myself stayed with John and Ping for two nights in late 2013 during our visit to New Zealand. It was undoubtedly one of the best b and bs we have been to anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived we were treated like members of their own family. The rooms were spotlessly clean...
