Was very pleased with my stay at the Gothic Heights. Was extremely clean and spacious. The only thing was that there is not much around so would recommend hiring a car to get around (restaurants etc). Would stay here again.

If you are coming or going on the Transalpine this motel is quite close to the railway station. It's an easy walk to the CBD and the lovely Botanic Gardens. Also close to the central bus station. The units are specious, clean, and have good cooking facilities.

We had a big room with two bedrooms, separate kitchen and bathroom. Double bed in the living area was great and the three kids had a bed each down the back. Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and nice. I loved the option of extra pillows.

I stayed here for two nights while on a business conference, in one of their newly refurbished rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely big shower and well equipped kitchen. Bed has electric blanket and was comfortable. Unfortunately, the heatpump can only be used when you are in the room, so it was quite cold when I arrived and took...

This is a typical roadside motel, clean and comfortable with good cooking facilities. Well situated for walking into the city and reasonably quiet considering its location. Staff friendly and helpful.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gothic Heights Motel for 3 nights and were joined by our 2 sons on the third night. We booked the family unit and had a good stay. Free Wi-fi was available. The location was within walking distance to the hospital if you had family in there, very convenient....

Don't expect much Gothic and even less Heights in this typical single-level roadside motel. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and tidy. Our 1 bedroom apartment had 4 beds, coffee/tea, fridge and cooking facilities and separate bathroom. Good location for Hagley Park with netball courts just over the road. Staff friendly enough.

Three of us stayed here for two nights. We thought it was lovely. There was tea, hot chocolate, coffee and biscuits and everything you need for cooking, even a coffee plunger :-) we would definately stay there again!

Booked four nights and never again. Bed linen never changed. No discount for mulitple nights. Bed unmade just the cover pulled up. Poor local knowledge at reception. Not good enough for a tourism business. I would not recommend or use again.
