We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of our Grand Pacific tour. It's location is opposite the botanical garden. Bit far from the centre with a maybe 20-25 min walk. The rooms were comfortable. We had a Hagis celebration show which was very good. Both the dining and breakfast experience was good. Free wifi.

Good reasonably priced hotel close to university. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are very good and helpful. The hotel also has a good restaurant and bar. We will definitely stay there again when down in Dunedin.

This is a lovely place to stay, good location and lovely gardens to sit out in. This hotel is close to the Botanical Gardens. We parked our car - free in the hotel car park and walked everywhere, it took about 20minutes into the city centre. Ask for a room on the first floor overlooking the garden, be aware no...

Thank you for your lovely review of our hotel. It was a pleasure to be of service to you and we are delighted you enjoyed the surroundings. It's true - we provide a welcome drink for the Accor card holder. Accor owned hotels may do something different but we trust you enjoyed the complimentary drink with our good wishes. Cheers...

A well located hotel set in beautiful surroundings with the Botanic gardens across the road and within walking distance of central Dunedin city. We had a large, very comfortable room leading to a beautifully kept garden area, very good meals in the dining room and friendly ,helpful staff and lots of parking space. What else could you want?

I was down on part business part pleasure. The venue is situated at the far end of town not far from the university. Handy to buses to town or easy walk. The rooms were quiet, warm and comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit out in the sun. The grounds were very pleasant. Evening meal was very nice. Breakfast average....

The Mercure Dunedine Leisure Lodge is a big place with plenty of space. It is located about a half hours walk from the centre of Dunedine. We were warmly welcomed and well briefed by the front desk and quickly shown our rooms. Our room was not the biggest but clean, tidy and comfortable enough. Queen size bed, TV, fridge, Iron/board,...

Many thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. Naturally we are disappointed we were unable to meet all your needs during your stay. The hotel is about to undergo some major renovations so we hope you'll come back in the near future to enjoy the refreshed facilities.

We stayed for three nights while travelling with a group. The hotel is very near to the Botanic Gardens in Dunedin and 20-30 minutes walk to town using Great King or George Street. During our first evening meal the fire alarm sounded, the staff were calm and efficient while helping us to evacuate. We were later rewarded with free drinks....

I always stay here when I'm travelling for Business, so it was a no brainer to stay here when I was travelling on holiday with my family! Being a Accor Hotel is great for my points, But that's not the only reason I keep coming back.

Booked here for two nights traveling with friends. Accommodation was better than expected, Rooms clean and spacious, beds comfortable. The only missing item was air-conditioning but this was not required as we were there in April and the weather cool. This hotel does not have self catering facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also there is no lift so if...

Many thanks for taking the time to review our hotel. Your feedback is appreciated. We do have kitchen rooms for those guests wishing to self cater. I suspect you booked one of our standard rooms which as you expressed, does not have these facilities. We hope to be of service to you again in the near future. Cheers.

The hotel was very nice and not too far from the city. The receptionists were first class until we came to check out, the gentleman on the desk left us standing by the desk for five minutes without looking up from his computer or saying anything so we left our keys and departed, some people need to be taught manners,...

Many thanks for the review of your stay. While not an excuse, the staff member you refer to was working on a major computer issue on the front desk and was lost in the issue and unaware of your presence. He is deeply apologetic you felt rudely treated and were kept waiting and would like to offer you his most...
