It is an oldfashioned but charming place. Very very cozy. The house is historic and truly awesome. Of course there are things to improve because it is suposed to be a B&B, but it is a good value for money. Breakfast is very complete.

A nice warm friendly place to stay while in Dunedin. Very central being only one street from the octagon, and even better only one street from the famous Speights brewery (& brewery tour).
